Samantha Cline makes it easy to deal with an agent. She was by far patient and professional with me. My insurance premium went from 1800 a year to a ridiculous 6800 a year. Something outrageous like that. It has been the worst experience of my life. But thanks to Samantha she made the experience delightful and understanding. She went above and beyond to help me. California has endured quite a bit of upheaval with insurance in the past few years. My former Farmer's agent left without notice which resulted in missed discount renewals and no support for the recent Wildfire prepared certification requirement. For this reason, we ultimately missed our renewal which cost us a lot of money.

Mauricio Solorzano and his team came to the rescue in every sense of that phrase. They helped me back onto the path of reinstating my insurance with full transparency of the process, challenges and opportunities. Mauricio even highlighted a new discount which was never applied simply because my former agent never asked about my education.

The team there of Edith, Leah and Samantha really know what they are doing. They are all professional, polite, knowledgable and highly responsive! They are so on top of things that I was often the one holding up forward progress. This is almost unheard of in any service-based industry.

I want to specifically recognize Samantha Cline as well. Farmer's corporate recently cancelled one of my policies due to an error on their end. Samantha jumped on the issue and corrected corporate's error within days. She further went above any beyond to answer all of my questions honestly and thoroughly to my satisfaction which really maintain my trust in working with their team. Her knowledge of the insurance AND mortgage industry was so helpful to my situation.

Like many others here in California, my rates for homeowners insurance has gone up dramatically. I called seeking answers and Samantha went out of her way to research the matter and get back to me with an explanation. Additionally, I had a change in loan servicing last month and my homeowners insurance was renewing. Samantha made a note for herself to follow up and make sure the payment was made.
