I haven't had any issues while living here and I've been here almost 6 months now. Maintenance is quick with fixing things and respectful. The grounds are well taken care of, and the neighbors are quiet in my opinion. A little hooting and hollering here and there, but that's to be expected while living in an apt. The office folks are really nice, Karen usually is the person who answers the phone and she is very respectful and kind. I like it here and we plan on staying for a while. Also, there are lots of little ones here which is great for my family, so my little one has others to play with.

The maintenance people are very nice and did a great job. The office people are generally helpful. However, my new dishwasher stopped working after a couple months of newly installed. I’ve been waiting for over 6 weeks and it has not been fixed yet. Not to mention the condensation issue that occurs after the new windows replacement. I reached out to the office in person regarding all my issues and also sent out an email to them a week or so ago, but still have not heard back. It’d be nice to, at least, know when it’s going to get fixed. It’s really inconvenient and took lots of time for me to do the dishes by hands.

Caylin and Karen are very helpful. Karen returned my call asap and responded right away to my request way faster than I expected since I understand that they are very busy! 5 star ladies!

The Manager as well as the Maintenance at Falls Creek, have been Wonderful. The Ladies in the Office greet those here, as well as, people who may want to find a new home here, with a Smile and Kindness. And the Maintenance Guys, are Friendly too. thorough in fixing any problem, that may be needed. After all,They are Professionals at what they do. As for me, I have lived here at Falls Creek for 15 years. It is my Home, and I am Proud and Happy, to be living here. Why would I want to live anywhere else...

When it takes 5 weeks to get a part for a washing machine that you can go to one of the dealers and get the same part from them With a warranty.Then you loose the part in the mail because they didn't know where to send it so you could receive it. This was the dumbest thing I've ever heard.
The only thing that could be done with these machines is to have a service man come in and install it. This is pretty dumb when it comes to this kind of service and it takes 5 weeks in order to get it and put it in 5 weeks and putting laundry off for 5 weeks was pretty stupid. No wonder everybody gets a little pissed at somebody with a washing machine that is under warranty.
No wonder it took so long for the part to arrive because the office staff and the maitance people that take care of this place don't know beans about how to maintain and take care of this facility. No the Wonder the three stars that I gave them and they're lucky I gave them three stars.

I lived at Falls Creek for 3 years with my teenage son. Some residents were great, and some absolutely terrible. There was regular police presence which was good, but also sad that they had to be there so often.

While living at Falls Creek, there was new ownership. That new ownership came with a remodeling of the apartment complex both inside and out. The problem that I ran into was that the company they hired left screws, nails, and staples all over the parking lot. In fact, I ended up having to forgo my son's last football game in middle school because I had to have my tire changed after running over a nail. Fortunately, the construction company reimbursed me for the tire change but they made sure to tell me that it was a favor because they didn't do it for everybody. While I appreciated the refund, I was a bit taken back that this was considered a favor.

Recently, after I gave my notice to move out, I was builed twice for my monthly rent totaling over $2,300. It took them over two weeks to refund me the money that they took from my account. I am a teacher in Idaho, my salary is not great. This was devastating. I was told that the company is a third party, therefore Falls Creek had no responsibility to it. It was frustrating going back and forth with both Falls Creek and the billing company. I asked the regional manager of Falls Creek if they would refund me the amount of my fees and she said probably not but she'd look into it.

The new apartment manager was absolutely wonderful in many ways. Sadly, my experiences with Falls Creek were less than fair, but I did give them two stars because I did appreciate the manager. We'll see if I get my deposit back and will update depending on the conclusion of that.

I think this new management is better than before. However, I’ve been waiting for a new ac since before snow started falling. I also need a new long bulb in the kitchen which they have known About at least six months. The toilets constantly make a gurgling sound and at times it makes it hard for my daughter to sleep. The last maintenance team said it wasn’t fixable. Otherwise the office staff is friendly and prompt at things you need from them. Also, my neighbor lets her dogs poop all over and then my daughter accidentally goes through it while riding her scooter and brings it in the house. This is very frustrating!

We just moved into a completely renovated unit about 2 weeks ago and so far we are loving our apartment. It's so cute and modern with all the updates and feels like home. The ladies in the office are so sweet and maintenence has been very helpful. I had a very heavy package left at the bottom of the stairs and I couldn't lift it. A while later maintenence came knocking and offered to help. He brought it up to my apartment and was very nice.
