We call after waiting two weeks to speak with them. We were told by the embassy we could fly without a visa. We got to the airport to the most unhelpful people from Fiji airlines. We lost money and time trying to fly to the beautiful Fiji. I wouldn’t even write a review if I know we were ignorants, and just show up, but WE WERE TOLD no to do the visa. It’s so frustrating the lack of communication and customer service.

Called first time today but did not receive a response. Called the second time and talked to a gentleman by the name of Aporosa. I was able to get the information I needed. Vinaka Vakalevu.

We visited to renew a passport. Was told it would take 2 months. The passport was issued after three months, but wasn't mailed for seven months. No one answers the phone.

Would Fiji please consider opening an office on the West Coast, where thousands and thousands of Fijian citizens reside. Or consider opening up more appointments when your staff is in California. Less than 200 appointments for the thousands of Fijians living on this side of the country isn’t enough. Otherwise, our only other option is to spend hundreds of dollars on plane tickets and accommodations, just to lodge an application in person. Thank you!

Mr Taniela Gavid, Immigration Officer is an outstanding, amazing person with a very professional personality. He helped my mom Shalini to process her paperwork. Very friendly , very professional, very caring, very dedicated Immigration Officer. He takes his time out to help the people. God Bless Taniela Gavid. Mr Taniela should be given the highest promotion in Fiji Embassy for his excellent service.
People should follow the direction given on the website and email the immigration office and patiently wait. You will be given a response in 2-3 business days. Just follow the direction. Theres no more walking service. Everything is by appointment . Please be respectful and you will be helped.
