We just had a great time in Barcelona and stayed in EasyHotel. The room was spacious and complete with the essentials. Friendly and accommodating staff, especially the receptionists. You can ask anything and they will provide it for you. Given that this is not an English country, they speak good english and you won't have to worry about understanding them. They provide optional breakfast but we opt-out as we prefer to experience local foods but its good to have it - also because we aren't morning persons and they only serve it at a certain times. Tourist destinations are an hour or less walk, we chose to walk as we want to explore the areas but if you prefer to take the public transport, absolutely handy just 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel to the bus stop or train station. You can take a bus going to Sagrada Familia, make sure to take the red bus if you use contactless, otherwise make sure to get a ticket. It was a lovely stay, no issues and very quite which helps us relax after a tiring walk. Overall, I highly recommend you stay in this hotel - affordable and easy access to the tourist destinations. Way better than expected! Had a wonderful 3 nights stay which was comfortable and quiet. The location is just right by the metro and so convenient. Hair dryer and iron are both on request but that’s absolutely no problem. The room had everything you need for a short stay. It’s a quiet neighbourhood and even though I was given a room right by the lifts, I didn’t hear them at all. There’s a free water dispenser as well which was a huge bonus. It’s about 45 minutes by metro from the airport. All in all wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at La Sagrera between 20th and 24th October. The communication from staff prior to our visit and during our stay was exceptional. The Hotel was around the corner from the Navas Metro stop. The room was lovely and comfortable for my 11 year old and I. The bathroom was a great size and we borrowed a hairdryer from the reception often. Supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants nearby. We walked from the Hotel to La Sagrada Familia through the 'via' and parks. Lovely, quiet neighbourhood. We left our luggage on the last day for a small fee which was really worth it so we maximised our time in Barcelona on our last day. Would absolutely stay there again.

We came from the Netherlands and we enjoyed our stay. I experienced great service with kind staff. When we entered the room we immediately noticed the cleanliness of the room. We had a nice bathroom. The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood with good mobility to the city, by feet and also good connection with the metrosystem. This place is a great place to visit. The hotel is clean and minimalist designed, but the Wi-Fi is very weak and mostly doesn’t work. The location is excellent, just a few steps from a metro station that connects to the whole city. The hotel itself is fine, but the room quality is close to hostel level. The service is good, and the lady at the reception is very kind. All in all, an okay budget-friendly hotel.

Terrible customer service – avoid this hotel

I had a reservation at EasyHotel Barcelona La Sagrera, but my flight was changed three days before my stay, making it physically impossible for me to travel and use the booking. I reached out to the hotel immediately to explain the situation, but they refused to offer any refund or flexibility whatsoever — not even a partial credit or date change.

It’s disappointing that a hotel chain would rather keep money for a stay I clearly could not attend, instead of showing basic understanding or fairness. Travel plans can change unexpectedly, and decent customer service means helping your guests, not penalizing them.

I’ll never book with EasyHotel again and recommend others avoid this place if you want peace of mind or any level of customer care.

Nice hotel in very quiet area. Metro station is very close which is so important.

Rooms are very clean, staff is extremely friendly.

The biggest problem is that it’s not possible to open windows and get fresh air. Yes, there is AC but it’s not enough.

Overall, very good experience and I would come here again.

Very nice and clean place. Very cozy, love that it has vending machines if you need anything and breakfast. Sebastiano the receptionist was very nice to us and friendly. For sure would come back 😊
