Me alegro mucho que alguien , se preocupe por los pacientes ya que soy HHA de una paciente que estuvo ahi , pir davor de ayudar compartiendo con nosotros , la paciente regreso quemada ya que no la bañaban ni le aplicaban crema , lloraba diario porque no la escuchaba ya que no hablan español, no hacian el intento de escucharla por favor , ay que orar por los qye quedan ahi para que . Nuestro Dios el altisimo haga justicia Amén.

The facility truly exceeded our expectations—it felt like a resort, impeccably clean, and provided outstanding service.
The staff was incredibly attentive, always ensuring my mother’s comfort and well-being. Their professionalism and kindness gave me great peace of mind, knowing she was in excellent hands.

Been here 12 years...best decision I ever made. At age of 90, I am
the happiest I have ever been. Why? Physical - have lost 15 lbs because I walk two miles and swim 20 laps EVERY DAY. Very easy
life - practice random acts of kindness with residents in need. Involved in activities I like and are enjoyed by other residents, bocce, darts, monthly Jib Jab, coordinating monthly affairs for our 30 military vets. Can't believe my close friends want to live alone in their 4 B/R homes, when this is an option.
Love the 76 acres to put around with ,my electric scooter.

The rehabilitation site does not meet the expected requirements. Rooms are not cleaned daily, and the care provided to patients is impersonal and lacking. It’s a shame because the surroundings could make this place spectacular, but the lack of professionalism from some of the staff detracts from it.

I don’t live there (yet…), but I’ve been there many times for their numerous and various events and activities. Most important to me is how I get treated by other people, and everyone I’ve met there has always been nice. I was there yesterday for a Downsizing and Organizing presentation, and it was great! The food was great, and the people I talked to were lovely. From the residents to the people who work there, I always get treated well. That’s pretty rare nowadays. Thanks, East Ridge! See you again soon!

If I could give Three Palms 6 stars I would. My mother spent 11 days until she passed away. I was there with her 2-3 times per day at different times. These are the most caring people. So clean, the place always smelled good mothers care was above and beyond. They were very accommodating in every way. The administration was very helpful in getting my mom placed. East Ridge reminded me of a Disney resort in many ways. Great staff, great place all around. Highly recommend.

I had knee replacement surgery on 3/7/2023. I chose to go to the East Ridge In house Rehab Three Palms facility and was there for two weeks. I only have positive things to say. The place is very lovely, clean and I had a private room. The nurses, aids, and all those who work there are friendly, supportive and excellent at what they do. They care . The physical therapist specialists are excellent and got me started right away on my rehabilitation and getting me moving and stronger with the knee replacement. I’m now going to their outpatient physical therapy and very happy with my progress. I’m very thankful for the East Ridge Facility and all those who serve in their capacity to help care for others.❤️

My grandmother stayed here 4 months ago after having hip replacement surgery. She had stayed at a different nursing home the year before for a different injury, where the attention was terrible and she had to share a room. Needless to say, she was dreading having to stay at a nursing home again, but East ridge quelled her anxiety about this. The facility is very clean and modern. It is located inside a retirement community, and affiliated with baptist providers. The food was good, the staff friendly and helpful. My grandmother also had her own room and was happy with the physical therapy and care that was provided. There are not as many patients/rooms as other facilities. Definitely recommend!
