Great beach! Small parking lot, but easy access to and from beach. Porta Potties in the parking lot. No life guards on duty when we went. The beach was clean & the surf was great. Not overly crazy waves. Good boogie boarding for kids, though!

This is a really nice beach. Unfortunately, I am here on a cloudy day. There are still lots of people here. Not too many swimmers, but definitely beach bums here on a day like this. I was surprised to see Block Island in the distance. I will definitely return to this place in the future.

Waited in line (in car) before opening to get to parking area but once in Very clean beach! Water crystal clear! Not crowded for a Saturday morning. Went Looking for shells (not many) but Did find a lot of very cool rocks!

This is my favorite beach I've ever been to. If you get there early enough in the morning, parking is free last time I checked. It never gets too crowded. The beach is beautiful and clean. Amazing place to spend a day. The ocean is clean and has nice waves without being too crazy. On clear days you can see Block Island on the horizon. My family has been coming here for decades, and it's our go-to beach.

You can also access the saltwater pond behind the beach too, and it's a nice place to see marine wildlife like horseshoe crabs. You can even catch clams there if you have a permit.

I have nothing but good things to say about East Beach.
