I highly recommend Dr Manuel! He is amazing with my children. I have 3 daughters ages 11, 3, and 5 and he has seen them all since they were just born. When I had given birth to my children he was there not even a few hours later to check on my 3 daughters at each of their births.
He is always listening to them and their worries including my own. He has patience with them at each appointment. So ifyou haven't seen him yet then you most definitely need to. Wendover you Dr. Manuel

I felt so much pressure to choose the right pediatrician. I called Dr Manuel's office based off of a referral from a likeminded parent. We have been so please with Dr. Manuel and his staff thus far. Our son is almost 5 months old, and he has seen us since day 1. He is very knowledgeable, and common sense, and is just so wonderful with my son. Would definitely recommend. Also, now they are a part of the White Wilson Medical Group, which is an added perk!

Love Dr. Manuel! You will never meet anyone as sweet as him. He is very thorough and treats my baby like a precious gem. My husband and I have peace of mind knowing he will be her doctor for years to come.

Unfortunately I never got to meet Dr. Manuel because his office staff is very unprofessional. I called to schedule my daughter a well visit and they gave me a same day appointment. I informed them that I may not be able to make the appointment that day because I was at work, she stated that was fine and to call them and let them know if I was unable to make it! I called them and the answering service was still forwarding their calls during lunch, I told her about the situation and she put a note in the computer. The next day I called to get my daughter rescheduled and the receptionist tells me that I was a no call no show and Dr. Manuel doesn't allow you to make another appointment. I informed her I did call and left a message. Once she finally actually looked and seen the message she says I'll let him know and call you back. They never called back or anything.

I made an appointment for my son. 2 hours later they canceled, saying that he was "too high risk" and they didn't want to be held responsible for him. I explained that I wanted him seen for a referral and the nurse put me on hold to speak to the doctor. The nurse explained that my son was not going to be seen or to let me keep the appointment, saying again, that the doctor did not want to be responsible for my son. The only advice was "call around" for another doctor. I'll be making a formal complaint to the Department of Health in regards to this doctor in full detail about what happened. It's a sad day when a doctor won't help a patient.

I took my 3 month old to him with my son running a 102 fever. He told me it was nothing but a virus and he would be fine but to wait a few days and if kept the fever then go to the hospital. My son kept a fever of 102 for 6 hours. We did everything in the book form cool rags-cool baths. We finally took him to the fort Walton hospital and the doctor barely even had to look in his ears and he had a severe ear infection so bad that it was going into his other ear. The doctor even said and I quote “ I don’t know how his pediatrician missed it. Obviously he needs his degree taken away”
