Was a great time! The trails in the area were fun and there were so many. Covered 140 miles of riding in 7-8 hours with a lot of great scenery. Meeting up for the utv rental was super simple and easy. Provided us helmets and goggles along with a quick go over of the machine, which was brand new! Awesome experience had a blast would recommend to anyone looking to get out on the trails. Did a one day rental wish we could have done 2! Will definitely be back

We had an amazing day with my family!!
They are located at the best possible spot right along the sunrise trail. Ryle and his brother were great and gave us some key tips and recommendations. Their ATVs and equipment, goggles, helmets are all brand new.
The trails were a blast.
Best way to enjoy Maine and its landscape!!

We rented the 4-seater on August 31st. As first-timers, Ryle gave us plenty of help and time to get comfortable before the ride. We’ve been visiting Machias since back when the train was on what is now the Downeast Sunrise trail (yes, we’re that old;) and have been so eager to see the area from that perspective. After a few hours, we were comfortable enough to go off on some of the other, slightly rougher trails behind the lake where we have a camp. The ATV was easy enough to operate that even a complete novice felt confident to try something totally new.

We had an absolutely wonderful time on our trip. We covered over 100 miles in a 5hr rental. Ryle was a great host & gentleman too. Can't say enough about our experience. Clean rental machines and great guidance too. We will definitely do it again.

My wife and I rented a side by side from Down East Adventures on June 15th. The machine was top notch. Well maintained with some really nice features. Trail maps in the gps system were extremely helpful. Sunrise trail was awesome. Ryle and Brecken were super helpful explaining the machine features and how to use them. They also have a great deal of knowledge of the area in general. Highly recommended.

We had a great time with the Polaris RZR riding the trails, after hurricane Lee hit the area the trails where in good shape and the mud and large puddles where a blast!! Totally recommend Ryle and his team to make it happen.. thanks
