Dr. Piedmont is amazing. She listens, she's knowledgeable, and has helped me obtain proper treat my conditions. I went from 30-40% quality of life to 95% and getting better every day.

Came in to see Dr. Goodwin for black mold poisoning. I'd read there were several tests that could be completed to check for mold, and there were also several treatments. I had screenshots of all my research and the names of the tests.

Dr. Goodwin came in with some sort of chip on her shoulder. She was very rude and brisk. She obviously has some sort of issue with men as well, based on how she acted towards a stranger. I explained my situation to her, and she proceeded to tell me that I was a liar. She said that I have no way of knowing what caused my illness and that there are no tests to check for black mold poisoning. Also said that toxicity panels and radioallergosorbent tests are not "real medicine". I tried to show her a couple of screenshots and she refused to look, saying "nope, they don't exist" "there are no tests that can check for mold" "you need to go see somebody that doesn't practice medicine". I've never seen so much denial presented due to being proven incompetent. She obviously knew nothing about my situation, and instead of admitting that, she proceeded to treat me like I was stupid and to degrade me as a person.

Best part about the whole thing: she didn't even check me for anything. I came in with a bunch of very serious symptoms. She checked my ears, nose and lungs. Then after arguing with me, without saying another word, this woman just left the room and went to her office. Didn't tell me I was done. Didn't discharge me. No offer for a continuation of care, nothing. I finally walked out after her and walked by her office. She's sitting at her desk. I ask her "so am I done?" She says "I'm done with you". The woman was just going to walk out without a word and not even tell me I was finished or anything.

Word of advice: just because you're a doctor, doesn't mean you know everything about medicine. Be receptive to change and to people that may carry more knowledge than you. This woman needs to go back to triage and learn a little about human decency.

I got an awesome doctor there.she is the only one I will see.For me to trust is hard but she has proven to me she knows her stuff.I have seen by experience if she is not there don’t go.I got very lucky she is AMAZING.

I took my grandmother to an appointment yesterday and she was not seen by her regular doctor. This woman continually said she only had 20 minutes per patient and did not even address our main concerns of her falling down and her busted eye. She also stated she didnt have the time to look at my grandmothers other issues and just sent her home with a prescription for amoxicillan. Judging by the clients that were walking out of the building this looks like a very bad place to go.

I really think it depends on who you are seeing. I've been following my Dr. around for years, doc ended up there. I have no issues with my care. I can't speak about the other providers there as I don't see anyone else.

Can't keep any of thire doctors in two years I been through 4 primary doctor and wemens health can never keep appointment cancelled 4 times and last time hour before my appointment just ridiculous will be switching to khc awesome doctor thire my kids go to them

Had to find a new doctor. Dont deal with these guys anymore. Worst place to go to.
