I call this place the modern day projects. The apartment looks nice but they’re cheaply built. The management sucks. I lived there for 11 months and was miserable. Every time I looked up it was something about “my unit” and I was never at home because that’s how much I hate it over there. My neighbors the ones who were “making bogus complaints” went into my unit when I wasn’t there for a week and stole all me and my children brand new belongings upon more of my own investigation I notice that one of the team members unlocked my door and never locked it back. My neighbor across the hall who has a doorbell camera notice it and knows that I’m never home went inside of it. When bringing it to the office manager attention she never did anything About it she brushed it off. This place was by far the worst apartments I’ve ever lived. They’re one sided. Let’s not mention how dirty it was out there, trash was everywhere. I ended up having to flee for domestic violence and my move out bill was sky high. When I called about that the manager Janielle was very rude.
If you have children, this isn’t the place to move to at all. You can hear kids running up and down the stairs. It’s awful. Find somewhere that fits you. They’re unprofessional.
The pool didn’t open at all during the summer break because I think they didn’t want the kids to go swimming. The pool small anyways.
My honest opinion is they shouldn’t be so biased, they should have community events there. And stop making home feel so unwelcome.

If I could give this apartment complex zero stars I would. Do not move here, even if you’re desperate. They only LOOK nice. The apartments are cheaply built, the leasing managers are useless and maintenance is too. I have been living here since July 2023 and we have had over 5 different management and maintenance teams. Each one of them were useless. My tub has cracked 4 times. Each time they repaired it, it cracked again. Because of the crack in the tub and water damage, my bathroom closet started to grow mold on the ceiling and base boards. Other units are having tub cracks and leak issues as well because my ceiling was flooded with water from another unit and mold has grown in those places as well. It took management over 2 months to actually acknowledge the mold that had been growing and I had to take extra steps to get them to do that. They finally got the mold out by cutting holes in the walls, but haven’t finished the repairs. I keep asking when they will finish the job, but I just keep getting the run around or no response at all. These people do not care about their tenants and clearly not the safety of their health either. All they care about is if you’re paying your rent on time. In the state of this economic disaster, times are too hard right now to be paying for a place to stay that does not care about your place falling apart.

PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE! The fire alarm randomly goes off at 4am. We’ve had the fire department come out multiple times and tell us there’s nothing they can do. So the alarm just goes off all night. Zero stars. Unless you like waking up at 4am due to a loud fire alarm going off in your home.
