Absolutely love my Dot & Lola conditioner! It's great for my hair and it doubles as a leave in if I need a bit of extra conditioning because it's so light. The fact that it's ethical and good for the planet is big plus for me as well as the company's messaging and transparency. Definitely recommend.

We've used all Dot & Lola's products since they started. The body products are wonderful, never too sticky or greasy. The hair products do a great job cleansing and moisturising without loading my hair with heavy oil like all other conditioners I've tried. And the fragrances? Well, they're all just beautiful!

I've been using the Balance Shampoo and Conditioner for years now. A great product leaving my hair feeling clean, fresh and smelling great. Safe in the knowledge there are no nasty chemicals in it too! Won't be using anything else!

Absolutely love the No Ordinary products. Been looking for a good sustainable hair care products for a while and I think I found the one. No Ordinary uses no harmful ingredients to your hair or the planet. Since I started using the products my hair feels silky smooth which is a rarity as I bleach my hair quite often. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I will never use chemical hair care again after using No Ordinary. thank you for making the most natural, kind to the environment and to my body product. I can go for 3 days now without washing my hair and have no chemical build up. Everyone comments on the glossiness of my hair. The smells are just divine and lift my spirit for the rest of the day after showering. The bottles look pretty damn good in my bathroom too! I would recommend these highly.

Dot & Lola is fantastic, we have just replaced all of our shower gels and Hand soaps with their refillable bottles which is so much better for the environment and they smell and feel great. Highly recommended

As a family we are trying to remove chemicals from products that we use so yesterday we tried Dot and Lola’s repair shampoo and conditioner for the first time. I was blown away by the products, firstly by the smell and then how soft my hair felt after washing. The best part for me was after drying my hair it looked so sleek, I didn’t even have to straighten it. We will definitely be continuing to use Dot and Lola. Thank you for making such a wonderful product that the whole family can use.
