People at front desk were nice. Location was great for the concert and bad all games. Beds were ok, but pillows no good! Bring your own pillows and blankets.
If you are just looking for a hot shower, bed to sleep this is fine for the price.
Rooms need to be upgraded, as it looks old and dirty.
Spend the extra money if you need a hotel feel! This is a motel.

Bad experience. As the room is the most important I give this a 1 1/2 star rating overall. Do not recommend this location to stay until maintenance and housekeeping change the way things are handled. May be a so called budget hotel, but if you offer it, then make it work or clean it.

Check-in was ok. Young man was friendly and had my information already.

Problems with working appliances and cleanliness of room.
-A/C was coming off the wall. Had to put the cover and dials on properly for it to work. Once on, particles of some sort of debris came out of the vents and landed on the floor. We shut it off after it continued to send out flakes. Thought it would stop after a couple min. Cleaned up the mess on the floor.
-Towels were not even close to being clean. Took all of them, including the floor mat back to the front desk. The front desk didn't have towels available, so we walked to the laundry area. I was shocked with what I saw as housekeeping provided new towels. Most towels looked worn or soiled. I did accept new ones, but somewhat reluctant. Maybe spend a little $s on new towels for the hotel if this many are bad.
-Mold spots in the refrigerator. Too many to count. Does housekeeping even check these out regularly?
-Toilet was a little dirty and not porcelain chipping or water spots. Just needs to be brushed a little tougher or use a better cleaner to get some of those harder stains off.
-TV had a permanent line running down the center of the screen.
-Smoke smells. People smoking on balcony areas. I was in a non-smoking room and cigarette butts were on the windowsills and balcony. Needs to be cleaned up and fine or remove smokers in this area. Also, try to place all smokers in their own area if this hasn't already been done. (not placing this item on the hotel staff, but those staying in the hotel should dispose of cigarettes properly)
Bed and sheets were adequate for a night of sleep. Wouldn't say that I want to sleep there daily.
Doubled charged on my credit card. Called the hotel back when noticed and they said they could not see that I had been charge twice. I contacted my credit card co and they had the charge reversed after their investigation.
Breakfast area was good mostly. Did have to get milk and utensils from the front desk. The variety of items out were enough to get a good morning breakfast.

We got to the hotel and waited over 10 minutes to be helped to check in. Once we got into our room we quickly realized that it was not clean. Our bed had dirt on the covers and our pull out couch was covered in crumbs and dirt. We also were not given sheets for the pull out. Our floors were covered in dirt as well. Since we were only there for 1 night and everything was sold out we sucked it up. Overall our stay was very disappointing

This location offers very basic accommodations without any frills. If you're looking for something a bit more luxurious, you'll likely need to spend a bit more money. However, for the price, you get a comfortable bed and a place to shower, all while being centrally located. I found the staff to be very friendly, although there was occasional noise due to the layout of the building and the teants, which could not be controlled. I simply put on my headsets and enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again, as I had no issues during my visit, and the price was fantastic. Just keep in mind the building is a little dated.
