Hotel con excelente relación calidad-precio. Personal de recepción agradable y servicial. Habitaciones grandes, espaciosas (habitación para dos personas con 2camas dobles) limpias, AA, y baño amplio. Ubicado a la salida de la población en una zona muy bien dotada de servicios para comprar o comer. Muy cerca de los famosos Outlets.

Days Inn was a disappointment. There's that $50.00 deposit and this is nearing 6 weeks since my trip and they can't seem to get me back my deposit.

Additionally, there is a silly rule to not bring food to your room. In a room with a microwave and a mini refrigerator and "no bringing food to your room". What is the point?

Yes, the facility does smell of smoke. I don't plan on staying there again. Comfort Inn is way better!

Convenient location for I-70 and I-81 right on Dual Highway across the street from the Super 8. The only thing I wasn't expecting was a $50 deposit which I was told will take up to 7 days to get it back in my account. It only took maybe 2-3 days to get my $50 refundable deposit back into my account. I haven't been in Hagerstown since I left in 2018 and went back to Baltimore City because of more opportunities being in a major metro city, but now in SW Virginia. Currently about to relocate back to Hagerstown to be closer to family. Since it's so built up, literally everything and everywhere looks so different. The total price was affordable, the total came to $134 with the $50 refundable deposit. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable as well. Which is perfect for someone who has Back Problems like I do. I've found out that not All hotels have decent comfortable beds, even some of the more expensive hotels have harder beds which are very uncomfortable when you have issues with your back, hips or any other part of the body that you lay on when sleeping. Thank you for the great experience and wonderful stay. I'll be staying again when I relocate back to MD. Your Staff were very helpful, kind and thoughtful. Asking if we needed any extra towels, toilet paper or anything. Even gave us 2 ashtrays so we each had one. Thank you and your welcoming environment and amazing workers.

Unpleasant stay. The whole building smelled like an ashtray, including our non-smoking room. Carpets were a little stained up, no bare feet here. The single-pane window did not close properly and did little to keep out the abundant road noise from the highway. Continental breakfast was terrible and we ended up leaving to eat elsewhere. Pillows were lumpy. If this booking hadn't been a last minute stop in the middle of the night, I would've refused the room and left. If I'd realized how many one-star reviews this former econo-lodge had, I wouldn't have booked in the first place. Aside from all that, the room was otherwise clean, the beds were adequate, and the late night staff member that checked me in was very friendly.

I would not suggest this hotel to anyone. We drive 5 ,hours and decided to stop here for the night. We have 4 people in our party two children and my husband and I. We was 15 minutes from my daughter house and my granddaughter was going to stay with her aunt. The guy at the front desk was very rude with me and told me only four ppl is allowed in the room. Yes I know that there is only four going to be here. He said you have 5. My husband tried telling him she is just visiting. He said no visitors allowed. I told him just refund my money we will go somewhere else. He said no he will not refund it. Continue being rude to us. The beds are hard as a rock, the room is not very clean, the elevator does not work. I told him I am handicap I can't walk the stairs. Pretty much ignored me. I just can't get over how rude this guy was to me. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
