Nice, clean hotel, recently refreshed, plenty of free parking and exceptionally nice staff. They also have a fire pit area with gas fire that they will turn on for you in the evening for gatherings. I definitely would recommend. One caveat, the free breakfast consists of coffee and prepackaged danish rolls. For the price it is a great deal.

Clean decent rooms. It's an older property but it's been cleaned up nicely. Was expecting the usual Wyndham breakfast with stay. But here all you get is a hostess danish and hotel coffee. But there are places close to eat. Overall it's a clean non resort basic motel 6*ish place.

This place gets 5 stars not because it's luxurious but because it delivers for the price. Our room was upstairs in the back. This place was low key, quiet, clean and in a good location. There is shopping and places to eat nearby. There are a few spots in the back for longer vehicles and I'm thinking if you had a trailer you could park on the street where it's flat. We checked in quite late and they have a "Maxx Headroom" type of robot check you in. It was odd but worked without problem. I wish all reasonably priced accommodation could be this nice.

Clean accommodations, but the complimentary breakfast is just a snack, suitable for toddlers.

Disappointing that hotels don't offer extended pool and spa hours, given travelers are on vacay with nightly vacation schedules! As long as guests are quiet between 9 and midnight, there's no reason why pool and spa hours couldn't be extended so that guests could enjoy those amenities after enjoying the local activities during the day.

Clearly rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned because I accidentally left my cell phone behind, and when I realized it and notified the hotel at around 10 PM, it was still inside the room with the newly checked in guests! ?‍♀️

Mailing the phone back was easy and convenient, but costly; it cost me $46 and some change, but we can't all live without our phones, right? The hotel even threw in a complimentary hand towel to wrap my phone in for mailing, so the family joke is how expensive my new "free" hand towel really cost me! ?

beautiful rooms, so clean. The grounds are beautiful as is the views. coffee, juice and pastry from 7 to 10am. BBQ area and fire pit on grounds. Quiet, comfortable beds. fridge and microwave in room. fabulous all around.

Beautiful clean rooms, they have a very nice pool area, bbq area and fire pit. Rooms have fridge and microwave . Quiet, friendly staff, coffee and pastry for breakfast. The grounds are very clean as are rooms. Love this place, will return when in the area

It was a great stay over all, friendly staff clean rooms. It’s a great location not too far away from the beach, Walmart is right next store. There’s a million places to eat near by some shopping centers. Definitely worth the price and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay In Arroyo Grande.
