This is the perfect place to be right overlooking the ocean with the best walking beach anywhere. It is beautiful any season of the year. Our first morning we saw the most spectacular sunrise we had ever seen anywhere. Truly a one in a million moment. The staff at the Cutty are so helpful and friendly. They make you feel like you are arriving home. My favorite place on earth.

The best part is the sound of the ocean as we open the window. Every room faces the ocean. The beds are super comfortable. The peacefulness, the serenity, the very friendly staff and I could go on and on about this place. It’s a gem. My husband and I have returned here just about every September for more than 20 years. We absolutely love it.

This was our first trip to Maine and were looking to stay in Kennebunkport but are so glad we found The Cutty Sark. If you're looking for a quiet place with spectacular views this is definitely the place. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the staff was great. We couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely stay here again.

As soon as we opened the room door, we knew this would be our best stay yet. Spacious and very clean room with comfortable bed. The view is off the charts! With the windows open, the gentle sound of waves can be heard all day and night. There are tables, chairs, and loungers out front on the grass. So relaxing to enjoy coffee and warm muffin while reading devotions or a book. Looking forward to 2025 stay!

Just absolutely love this place ! The staff are so friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms comfortable bed and cozy pillows! Coffee is excellent with assortment of muffins .So nice to just relax on the lawn chairs with the view of the ocean, or you can walk down to the beach too.. Thisis our fourth season and booked for next year..

Our family have been coming to the Cutty Sark for 30 years. This year we booked 5 rooms and had a great time. My son wanted to set up a lobster cookout on the side of the hotel and the hotel manager , Patrick, set up tables and chairs for 10 of us. However, it started to rain just before it started and Patrick quickly came up with a "Plan B" and moved everything down into the open hotel garage. The lobster cookout went off as scheduled and was enjoyed by all. We used the garage again the next night for a pizza party when it started to rain again. These are just two examples of how guests get treated at the hotel. The office staff and housekeeping crew also are outstanding. You also cannot find a better location to stay in York Beach. Location! Location! Location! You cannot beat the location of The Cutty Sark! The ocean is outside your window and you are|serenaded by the sound of the waves all day and all night. The rooms are super clean and comfortable with seating areas, refrigerator, coffee maker and lovely bed linens. Coffee and pastries are served each morning. Add to that a super friendly staff with someone always available to help.|My husband and I have been coming to the Cutty Sark for many many years. It never disappoints!! We already booked next year!

My fiance and I got engaged in York one year ago this weekend and stayed at the cuddy sark after the proposal. We loved the views, our room, proximity to the beach and the accommodating staff. We came back this year to celebrate and Patrick and Julia were so so accommodating. We have a registered ESA and while dogs are not usually allowed they made us feel welcome with ours due to the specific circumstance. We didn’t want for anything, it was a perfect weekend and we will never stay anywhere else when we visit!
