Needed to replace filters on my Pentair Clean and Clear pool cleaning system. I told Coweta Pool my model number and they quoted $451.00 for the four filters stating they were very expensive. This was the first time I replaced them so I agreed to the price. I had them installed with an additional $175.00 cost for a 40 minute service visit. Now knowing the part number I decided to price the filters. The cost I can buy them for was $160.00. I went in and told Coweta Pool and they said they informed me they had shared the price.I explained that I didn’t know the part number and this felt like predatory pricing. Their answer was their supplier charged them too much. We did not have a pleasant discussion and I let them know that I would make their pricing known. They then charged an additional $20.95 for a non cash transaction (on a $700.00 bill). Have gone there for the last time and just wanted to warn others.Know your part numbers and be informed or you will pay an unfair amount with this business.

From the phone call to the showroom staff to Brian our installer everyone we came in contact with was professional and easy to deal with.

Showroom staff showed us a few options, answered questions and sat up installation quickly.

Brian our installer was on time and completed the job within a few hours. He explained what he was doing and did a thorough job of cleaning the chimney which looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years...He was friendly and personable which is always a plus when someone is working in your home.

We went to the showroom to checkout gas logs. They have a good variety, and we're able to answer all our questions. We went in to view, but we're so impressed we went ahead and purchased. The installation technician was nice, did a great install, and cleaned up all the boxes.

We used them to repair a 20-year old Heat-n-Glo see-through propane gas fireplace that kept going out after igniting. There were numerous reports on the Web about the same problem with this model. The receptionist was polite and friendly in making the service appointment. The technicians arrived exactly as scheduled and quickly diagnosed problems with the pilot light, the thermocouple, and the switches. They made all the repairs for $272 and kept the carpeted room clean. Their efficiency and friendliness was greatly appreciated. We will be calling them for any future fireplace service.
