De lo mejor que disfrutamos en nuestro viaje a Wy, SD y Colorado. Limpio, personal amable, ordenado, buen desayuno, lindo ambiente etc. de verdad felicito a los administradores, gran hotel y apto para descansar en familia o en cualquier tipo de viaje.|

I am very disappointed with the way we were treated and the non-professional position these people held . I stayed at a hotel and the room was dirty there was a needle with no cap not to mention a pill. We had our 1 year old daughter with us. What if she would have grabbed that needle and stuck herself.
My father stood in room 12 he’s in a wheel chair accidentally backed up into the small end table and the manager called me just to tell me he was charging him 150 dollars. That table isn’t even worth 50. He also said there was “fresh blood” on the sheets. The markings were brown because my daughter shook her chocolate milk cup the lid wasn’t correctly on. Asked if we let anyone in the room. Take some responsibility those rooms were dirty. There was a big rock sort of close to under the bed so I know it wasn’t vacuumed.
I went and spoke to one of the people pushing a cart and mentioned what had happen he said the managers were very money hungry people. “He stated that actually one of our guys is the one that really broke the table but they keep it in the room and pull stuff like this on innocent people”! We will never stay there again.

This place is very nice and the people who run it are great. Lots of history in this little motel. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. Price is good! Will stay here again if we come through Lusk again.

I didn’t get the chance to stay here but from the service I received if I ever pass through I will! I booked this but realized I booked a hotel in the wrong town, and Sam at the front desk was so kind and accommodating with helping me to get my Booking.com refund even though he definitely didn’t have to go out of his way. I was so appreciative! When I’m actually driving through the area it’ll be the place I pick

They had friendly staff, a cozy and clean lobby, breakfast room and bedroom. The coffee was decent and they provided no sugar added options for breakfast, which we appreciated.

I am a Truck Driver that stopped to take a picture of this beautiful Hotel ina small quaint town Lusk, WY. 1st time in this stat let a lone city. I needed the help of the owners because I was so excited about the pic, I accidentally locked my keys in my semi. Neelam & Sam knew a Tow Truck driver who was able to come out and successfully was able to get me back over the road. I Praise GOD for real people like Sam & Neelam

I made a mistake. On May 28th while in Rapid City I booked a room at 10pm for a one night stay at the Wagon Wheel for mistakenly the 28th not the next day the 29th. I arrived at approximately 5:30 pm on the 29th to be informed we were a no show.
The hotel parking lot was almost empty. I admitting my mistake but being they did not lose anything (I lost $135) by my no show could I get a discount on tonight's stay. The lady informed my that she could give me 10% discount which would have been my standard AAA discount. That is when our luck changed . I informed her that before I would pay her another $135 I would go across the street to the Best Western. She informed me to help myself. Best move of our 21 day road trip The Best Western after hearing my story about the Wagon Wheel they gave me a discount on the room. The hotel was nearly full and the next morning I saw why .
The Best Western had the best breakfast of any of the hotels we stayed during our 21 day road trip.Even included omlets outside cooked to order by a chuck wagon cook at his chuck wagon. It was one of the best experiences we had on our trip. I recommend the Best Western in Lusk, Wy to anyone passing through this great little Western town
