This is subsidized housing and if you need a place to live and don’t make enough to pay the outrageous rents out there, it’s very helpful. It’s pretty quiet here and the kids can play on the grounds safely. There is a mold problem especially in the summer when it’s humid. I had to get a full size dehumidifier because I was getting sick from it, and I had to use Kilz paint in the high mold areas. The electric is expensive since you need to keep the ac/heat units and ceiling fan plus dehumidifier on to control the mold. Still, I’m thankful I can live here instead of a bad neighborhood or with abusive people like before. How you feel about this place will depend on your situation.

I’m embarrassed to say i recommended this place to a friend only to find out that she has had to constantly complain about mold. I was in communication with a, Maria Webster, in order to inquire about the process of removing the mold and i was told to “call back tomorrow” a total of 9 business days in a row. As you can tell, it seems like they don’t care much about the living conditions you are paying for. Maria Webster, please do a better job at getting back to people, you may not like your job but if you’re going to do it, then do it right. Avoid this place at all cost, say “no!” to bad representatives!

Speaking from experience these apt have MOLD and they expect u to keep windows n door open to avoid too much MOLD. The staff are all rude except dale the front desk... the manager Maria Webster is the worst... she is ugly like ms.trunchbull and evil like her character too... miserable lonely overweight lady who will try to ruin ur credit and name in the future. The lady is horrible w/a terrible soul and is the so call manager of these moldy apts.... if u must move in ask for an apt w/NO carpets ... mold apts are not safe oR healthy p.s they paint and cover all mold instead of trying to remove the problem!

I spoke with a Ms. Webster... Never in my life have i encountered someone filled with so much hate, that it smears out of her pores and into her customer service. I was really interested in this location until i spoke with Webster, she has no business in assisting anyone with anything. I apologize for those who have to work around her for i only had to spend a painful 4 minutes face to face with her until i was so disgusted that i had to cut her sentence short and wish her a good day. Bless everyone’s heart that have to deal with that monster. Stay away from here.

I’ve seen mold in my friend’s apartment and they refuse to do anything about it. Maria Webster seems like she does not want to help when ever it’s brought to her attention.
