I love the whole staff at Coventry housing authority.They are right on top of everything. They returned your email or phone call as soon as possible. Julie leddy Maria Webster have been there for years and they are fabulous they really care. Coventry housing authority is lucky to have such a great group of people that work there.

Coventry Housing Authority has a fantastic group of people running the office. Never slacking on anything with paperwork , returning calls or getting things done. Just to name a few I have been dealing with for many years that go beyond expectations; Maria Webster, Nancy Sullivan, Erin Quinlan there are others, but these ladies I have dealt with for anything I needed for help or ask questions. Keep up the great work Coventry Housing Authority!!

I moved in here last Summer on July 21, 2021 and have never felt happier, at peace, safe and all the neighbors around me are amazing. We kind of watch out for each other.
The entire bunch of Office Girls are pleasant and work so hard to make sure all the housing complexe's needs are met! The Maintenance guys keep it all together. You could NOT find a cleaner, nicer or safer place to live. It's quiet and grounds are always immaculate. I can't say enough good things about Coventry Housing. Thank you Julie Leddy and Christine Slick for all the help you gave me. I hope to be able to stay here, God willing until my time is up.

Have lived here 17 years. People are courteous and polite. Christine Slick is amazing and has even come to my apartment the last few years for recertification. The maintenance team is fabulous and always do work orders in a timely manner. The men work really hard. Everyone has always treated me with respect. I love living here. Very peaceful environment.

In my experience with this place only ones had wonderful interactions with is their maintenance crew back before the loss of a great Manger and man. He had a incredible crew of men and some still there. As for the head director I believe one should not only have respect, also compassion I find lacking in the way this women runs the place. It's unfortunate when women you work with are more afraid of you then truly wanting to be near you. I found out first hand lies deceit they really are and makes me wonder how many more do it to. I was homeless lost my home and pushed hard to do all they said then at end of it all was at point signing rest of paperwork received a phone call since wouldn't return phone calls nor emails they claim they sent anyways recipient letter saying can't help eviction which made no sense I didn't have anything of the sort and I went through everything for them that all of a sudden this comes up? I asked to prove I had this they couldn't and after calling a lawyer found nothing no eviction So basically they lied knowing I had children knowing I had no home during covid and still audacity to not help. All they tried was section 8 I had such issue had to beg for other 60days yet with prices trying find one that quick I couldn't They get funding to help people expecallly if no home with kids but no they don't do anything They lie which find disgusting to allow a head director a women who should lead by example be in charge when seems running place horribly maybe council should look into her and find someone more leadership compassion

This Coventry Authority should be the model for all Housing Authorities in the State of RI.
I have always dealt with Nancy Sullivan. I have never met such an articulate, knowledgeable, and professional woman. She can answer any question you ask. Her mind works like a computer, and she gets things done. Paperwork doesn't stagnate on anyone's
desk in this professional office. I say talking to her is like taking an aspirin!
So glad to be a client and have caring people in this Coventry office.

They take excellent care of the residents who live there. The properties are well maintained and if its broke, they fix it immediately. It is also a safe and secure place for all residents. Office staff are wonderful.....
