Me and my husband moved in to this park in November and stayed till June. The couple who owns it is extremely kind very nice and always willing to help. I gave birth in January and they were always respectful of our privacy as well as being great neighbors. Never had any issues with the park being dirty. The showers are always warm and they have laundry on site. The only downfall is how close to the highway it is. We have two large dogs and they never had an issue with anyone on the park we were always respectful and cleaned up after them.

The manager is really nice I had to replace my water pump and thermostat and he let me do it right out in the yard and even lended me the torque wrench in order to get them on correctly. Free shower facilities, and I am pretty sure that he doesn't care what year or make and model your RV or trailer is to park there.

We had traveled too late and 4th of July weekend and were very happy to find this RV park had an available site. The restrooms were clean, the showers were well designed with a dressing area where your clean clothes didn't get wet as you showered, and the host was welcoming. There were rigs parked around the edges that appeared to be permanent residents but everything was nicely kept. My big caveat is that you'd better be either stone deaf or have very good earplugs as the noise from the highway was overwhelming!

Not for a one nighter. This place is not worth the effort. Go to Heyburn Riverside rv park. This place is pretty gross. Pot holes were so huge on the dirt road we thought we wouldn't make it with out 26 ft travel trailer. The park is now a full time resident park. The park is at a dead end so you have to drive through it to turn around. Big rigs avoid at all costs! We were squeezing by with our shorter tt.
