We had a wonderful stay at the Country Inn & Suites! Me & my two children stayed in a double queen room while our duct work was being fully replaced in our home. We loved everyone there! I feel terrible that I cant remember the gentlemen name at the front desk but he was so nice & friendly to my son! My children absolutely LOVED Natashia! She was always there to ask & see if we needed anything. She is amazing. She made my 6 month old daughter smile everytime & my son loved when he saw her & wanted to share what he learned about football with her. Trust me when I say that is amazing because my son is actually very shy & hardly opens up to anyone. He knew she was awesome! I have been a manager for many years between retail & colleges, so I hope higher up management sees this review at how amazing they are doing. The room were clean & comfortable. The beds were also surprisingly very comfortable. The free buffet breakfast consisted of eggs, waffles, sausage, bagels, cereal, muffins, coffee, OJ. It was great! They also have free coffee, tea, and cookies downstairs always between 2p-10p. If we ever need to stay at any hotel in the area again, we will definitely be staying here!

Very kind and courteous staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the 24 hour coffee bar. Breakfast was good. Convenient location. Trailer parking accommodation was perfect as we were there for Biketoberfest. Will definitely stay there again. This was our second stay..

Loved our stay. Kids enjoyed it so much. Scrambled eggs need to be drained well before put out on the bar. But the only real issue we had was the Air automatically adjusting itself higher everynight. Around midnight I would have to wake up hot and turn it down again. One night i woke up and it had set itself to 80. For hot sleeper.... this is tough but my mother wouldnt have minded at all. This is the first time I've dealt with a thermostat that does this. Not client serving at all but other than the midnight wake up... everything was wonderful and the staff were super friendly.

It was nothing special and just OK. What we didn’t like: cold LED lights throughout made the hotel feel empty and prison-like. The room a/c unit was much too loud. The pillows were hard and unpleasant. The breakfast just met the minimal standard. And the price wasn’t low enough to justify that. What we liked: The man at the front desk was pleasant and there was a Millers Ale House nearby.

Great stay, would definitely come back!

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet — lots of good options and fresh ingredients. The location was also perfect, close to shops and restaurants, and easy to get around. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the hot tub was closed during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. But overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely return!

Rooms were overall clean. Sofa n chair very old. Bathroom way to small.

Front desk n housekeeping good but breakfast person not so much. Selections of food slim (only fruit was old oranges and only 1 flavor of yogurt) and scramble eggs looked like soup. Egg omelets ok.

Only thing I really disliked was how unbelievably hard front door to room was to open. Our neighboring room was same way.

The staff there was amazing. Very friendly. Had the AC go out on me but they promptly fixed it within 30 minutes.

The room itself was dirty. Floors and bed mainly. Location was great for what I traveling for.

While the people were all very friendly, we were not initially accommodated with our two rooms together, despite being booked almost a year in advance. One room was switched after we questioned this, but the room stunk of cigarette smoke, even though this is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. The child in our room held her nose complaining about the stink. The loss of a toy prompted us to look under furniture. Big mistake. There was a dog biscuit and kibble under one piece of furniture, not to mention crumbs and food wrappers that were not ours. Multiple bites on our skin that in the best case scenario are flea bites meant we had to disinfect all of our belongings and luggage when we got home. All in all, not a good experience.
