Stayed for a week. We were in room 602. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean (nice touch was washingup liquid, brush and tea towels provided). The balcony is a great size and lovely view of the pool, town and sea. Apartment and communal areas were cleaned thoroughly. Location is great. Can't fault it really.

Give it a try, We are currently staying at this place and can't fault it at all. We read the reviews prior to booking. Good value for money, clean and spacious our room had a white,grey,black colour scheme and comfy beds. Bathroom is small but very clean.|The pool is quiet and no fight for a sunbed there is also a roof terrace.|The whole place is kept clean 100%.|Its close to everything supermarket,bars and cafe restaurants just across the road. 10 min walk to the beach.|The ceiling fan keeps you ok at night, there isn't any air con but you can hire at reception.

Lovely hotel which met our needs being adult only. Clean everywhere and comfy beds. No air conditioning in room but could be hired in from external contractor. A bit noisy from the bar next door. Had to check out at 12 but pick up only 5pm which was a drag. Great location close to many restaurants and bars. Would recommend.

As my title suggests not my first time here . One of the first hotels in las Americas ,once upon a time nothing between it and the sea, that's long gone but means it is central to everything. The original art deco design is still evident but has been modernised over the years. The showers are walk in with a rain shower head and always powerful.|Rooms recently updated to a grey theme doing away with the yellow.|Very comfy beds and pillows.|Everything to cater for yourself and with two supermarkets across the road it's so easy.|Getting rid of the mirrored wardrobe sliding doors is a positive as they could be heard from the next room .|The hotel is spotlessly clean as like every visit before, big shout to the cleaners and the gardener.|Ana has been great yet again serving me cold beers all week,always with a smile on her face.|Ceiling fan and windows open works for me in October but some folks might be nervous of getting bitten by mozzies but the swifts and swallows take care of them this time of year .|Shame only available to Scandinavians for the winter schedule else I would come for Christmas 🎄.|But role on trip 11 see you next year.

Good hotel in quiet location.Good value for what you pay. Room only is a good option, as most rooms seem to have a kitchen area, and there's a large supermarket across the road, so you can stock up.

Remember, it's not a 5 star hotel!

Lovely apartments, staff were so lovely and helpful with everything. Apartments were lovely and clean, great location not too far from the strip and just across the road from shops! Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with my partner for 2 weeks, 15 June - 29 June. The Hotel is Ideal for the Surrounding area with bars and restaurants littery next door and across the road. The rooms are cleaned 5 days a week, unless you say other wise. I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and slept like a baby with NO noise issues from ajecent bars. Staff are friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Pool area has plenty of sunbeds never any problems getting one. My only issue is with ceiling fans instead of actual air con, okay the fans are free with no additional charges but in the height of summer despite being on 24-7, the fans just don't cool you down. So, would I stay again? In a heartbeat. Adults only Hotel, nice touch, though to be fair I've been in some hotels where children where better behaved than some of the " Adults" in the pool.

Disgusting hotel with rude and arrogant reception lady!! Cockroach infested room with a mouldy hairdryer which is a health hazard due to me having asthma . I recieved no help and they didnt offer to change our rooms or help us with the cockroach situation. The pool had green slime floating around it. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone absolutely disgusting hotel and staff. Doesnt even deserve a 1* review!!
