Las facilidades no tienen mantenimiento. Anuncian que tienen piscina y no esta disponible. El inodoro se mueve como una mecedora cuando te sientas. La ropa de cama con manchas amarillas. Toallas rotas. Nnguna limpieza en la habitacion en una semana de estadia aun pidiendo el servicio por que no tenian personal. Mi peor estadia de todos mis viajes incluyendo Europa.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! ROACHES AND BED BUGS!!!

When we first checked in the receptionist, he was very monotone and uninterested in helping me check in. Once we got our room we headed up in the elevator which smelt very bad of cigarettes and we looked to our left and there was a cigarette burn in the wall. Walking down the hallway as well smelled of strong cigarettes even though these rooms are supposed to be smoke free. Once we entered our room we didn’t see much wrong, just a few crumbs on the floor. Once I entered the bathroom there was a roach crawling around (I have a photo and video), so I attempted to call the front desk from the hotel room phone and it was not working, so I called the front desk from my cellphone and a girl answered and was very rude and unfazed. When I had told her there was a roach in my room she said “I am not going in there, all I can do is get you a new room and you can come down here and get the key” so I agreed because it was almost midnight. Once I went down to get the key she had left it on the counter but was no where to be found but I could hear her phone in the back behind the wall. I took the key and decided to check the next room, once I walked in I noticed right away how dirty the floor was with stains and crumbs of food. Next I checked the bed and there was an actual bed bug crawling across the bed that I also have a video of. So I went downstairs to the lobby and the receptionist was very rude. She was behind the wall again and I said excuse me once and she didn’t answer and then I said it again and she just looked at me continuously being on her phone and sitting down and answered with “I left the key there” and I responded with everything I found wrong with the room and she seemed very unfazed and saying she is sorry that happened. I continued to ask for a full refund because I cannot stay there any longer and she told me I’d have to wait for the manager and I asked when the manager would come in and she responded with she doesn’t know and she’ll text him. I asked for a number for him and she gave me the hotel card and continued to say if I call that number it would call the front desk and to call maybe around 10 am. I did book through a third party so I contacted them and was able to get a full refund.

My family stayed here while traveling through during the holidays. I specifically booked this hotel because it advertised free infant beds, as we were traveling with our youngest child, who is 1 year old. Upon arrival, the reception staff did not seem to know anything about the cribs or pack and plays and suggested that I simply use the pull out couch in place of a crib. I informed her this was not suitable for a 1-year-old, and that I was already planning on using it for my 4-year-old, anyway. She then informed me that she would try to find a crib or pack and play for me.
Thirty minutes later, she came to my room carrying just the mat to a pack and play. She then seemed surprised when I informed her that I needed the other part (the sides/base) to the pack and play. In response, she said she would continue searching for the other part of the pack and play; however, nothing ever transpired from that search, and aside from me calling down one time to ask what the status was (where she told me she was still searching), I never heard anything more about it. It is extremely frustrating that a hotel that advertises free infant beds does not train their staff on what that entails. I would be more understanding if she had simply informed me the all of their pack and plays were in use, but the way that was handled was simply unacceptable.

The hotel itself was mediocre at best - several items were dingy looking, the rugs had spots on them, and one of our pillows was badly stained. We passed on the complimentary breakfast as we did not expect much from it.

I recommend you look elsewhere.

We stayed for 2 nights in a double bed suite with a sofa bed. We checked in late ( about 9/ 10 p.m.), but the staff was nice. There is a pool that we did not use because of timing and our schedule. The window is drafty, and I can feel the wind at night. The seal/caulking was not done well. The pillows were rather sad looking...not firm or full-size pillows. There were stains on the furniture. The floor was not really cleaned/vacuum well.
The food was good. Good assortment of breakfast items. Decor was nice. For some reason, the trash was left out in the open by the ice machine the whole time we stayed there.

I came into town because of a funeral I found the building clean and the staff was attentive however the room the front door did not lock the latch would not enter the strike plate.
An hour after getting into my room the fan on the window which is the heater it decided to die it literally shook me out of bed and it was grinding away I had to take the thermostat and pull it off the wall before it would shut off I tried to call the office and the phone cord had been cut.
I explained this to the young lady at the front desk and she said oh you should have called us and we could have gotten you another room I showed her the picture of the phone cord and she said well you could have come downstairs with your bags out of your bed and we could have moved you to another room unacceptable I don't know what I expected it's a beautiful property it's covered in snow.

Positive: The pricing for a last minute stay plus breakfast was included. Negative: The pool was very murky and questionable to say the least, no clean towels at one point and some very sketchy characters on the 4th floor .. overall not my favorite hotel I have been to but the concession stand and the nightly rate made it reasonable.

So room was what I expected as I use comfort suites and inns on a regularly basis as I am a diamond member. However the front desk clerk a male was very unprofessional and didn't seem to care much about doing his job gets us checked in we are traveling electricians we needed change for guest laundry we had 2 loads to get done and got them going right away only one washer one dryer washed first load put in dryer started second load but dryer wouldn't dry our clothes used $15.00 plus 2.00 that clerk gave us as if that would dry them and told us we'd have to figure it out so at 930pm had to load up 2 loads of wet laundry find a laundromat to finish our laundry and the clerk just smirked as we came back at about 1045pm horrible way to run a hotel of comfort quality won't be back to this Comfort I will stay at Holiday Inn first
