I would NOT recommend renting here, a family member did not receive security deposit back because of a incident that occurred outside in the parking lot with a guest of a guest, after the event was completely over. Everyone was inside cleaning up not aware of the situation, until someone over heard once loading up the cars to leave. But that's why they had also paid for security, make sure you know what type of security they will provide. Security deposit are for damages to the building, no damages were caused. Also no communication between staff members.
One person was told to put chairs and tables away in storage, another one was told only tables not chairs, (chairs in the corner) then they also wanted us to organize them in a particular way in the storage room after we had placed everything in the room. Why didn't the person in charge at the time say something when they saw us putting the items away!?!? Instead of waiting last minute once everything was put away. We left everything spotless, we even swept and mopped, and took out the trash to the dumpster. Still no security deposit was returned, not even half.

A nice community center to hold a community event. The Sacred Healing Circle was held here this past Sunday, and the venue was perfect for what we needed.

I love Hollywood Breeze and Breeze Country. I love hand dancing and
this crowd is awesome.
These are the regulars that have been coming for years and they really make the atmosphere fun and enjoyable. They make the show so much fun I want to be on it one day myself. I love it so much.

You can't help it have a good time when you're at Colmar Manor with this group of people.

This group has been extremely welcoming and supportive to me and my business since I started coming in March 2019. They are the most loyal group I have ever met.

I have taken their pain away instantly, gotten them off serious medications, cleared up their sinuses, help with their prostrate issues etc. They have supported and recommended me to so many people who too have supported me.

It is like having your cake and eating it too.
Next Tuesday I start my ✋ hand dancing classes with DJ LeRoy Green.
Now I have a new hobby too.

I had a birthday celebration there and since that time some of my friends have had and still having events and celebrations there. It's simply beautiful convenient and safe with ample parking.

Had a 1920's Prom theme event for my uncle 40th birthday where my mom, cousin, and I decorated and created this amazing birthday party and we also had D&V Productions catered the event. The staff were very accommodating and the event space was nice...loved, loved, loved it!
