The service at check-in was wonderful: hassle-free. At first glance, my room was outdated, but the bed was made,I had a microwave and fridge. I pulled back the covers, and the inspection gave me no immediate worries. My shower was hot and steamy, but I had to keep my foot on the lever to keep the water draining; it was broken. I woke up in the middle of the night, itching like mosquitoes, and found bed bugs all over my pillows. It was 1 a.m. and I pulled a wooden table and dresser together to sleep on til morning. I'm a travel nurse, so I carry RID shampoo and body wash, topical benadryl, neosporin, hydrocortisone, and a vinyl suitcase with garbage bags. I was out of my RAID for bedbugs and fleas because I used it in the motel room where I stayed on Old Orchard Beach. The next morning, I called the front desk manager, who came to see the room, and she pulled back the covers and moved me to another room immediately. She said they'd call pest control, but it was Sunday. And no, I didn't transfer any bedbugs to the next room, but I carried a lot of nasty bites on my skin. Regardless, I don't normally do laundry, but I had no choice. I wasn't bringing any bugs home, and I wasn't staying with them there. The next room was better than the first: bigger and no bugs, but I stayed creeped out and paranoid because of the 1st room. Check-out was easy, and the location and priceline rate were good, but I wouldn't stay there or in any of the non branded hotels again. They're just not kept up to standard, and the prices don't match the accommodations. In the video below, see one and multiply times 20, then add little red and brown bugs the size of these dots .... that were too numerous to count. In hindsight, a refund was due.

What a dump. When I drove up, the roof was obviously in need of replacement, but I had already booked this through Priceline. The furniture was literally like it was pulled off the side of a street. The bathroom door was filthy. The bed was horrible and the sheets and pillows of the worst quality. It ruined our whole weekend. We stayed in room 210. It was gross.

Positive: Everyone was very pleasant, and the beds are so comfortable. Negative: Coffee pots in each room, and plastic silverware would be great especially for travelers, and business stays.

Would not recommend this! The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, felt more like box spring! Pillow uncomfortable. Room very outdated. Not a bad location. Shower felt like you were going to fall through. WiFi was horrible. It does have a pool but don’t expect much.

Positive: There were clean sheets and they provided towels Negative: It?s really rundown, the toilet was really low, bathroom was very small, no coffee or anything extra beyond a disposable cup and soap. Indoor pool was pretty cold. Wi-Fi was not great. Spend the extra 20-30/ night and try another place.

We booked here and we're moved across the street to brookside motel. No refunds. Needs cleaning, toilet backed up, bathtub is filling up with feces from next room. Run run run.

Room was outdated and peiced together. You could see where it was painted in different areas. Shower was trash didn't ever spray out so you had to stand under a drizzle. Bed was hard and not comfy. The King bed had 3 basic pillows that didn't fill the bed. Door looked like it had been broken into multiple times. Just a run down hotel.

Horrible service! Cellphone was ringing nonstop in the room beside us the entire stay, along with someone knocking on the door starting at 5:30 in the morning until we heard the door being broken into to wake the occupant when I mentioned something about the ruckus I was given a major attitude by the woman and told that I should have called earlier and then was told I had to leave because of my service animal, there were signs on some rooms that stated no pets but not on ours nor was I asked if I was accompanied by an animal at check in and was told I signed a waver stating I didn't have any pets which I was never asked to sign or even was I given any such waver. I was told to leave because my service pet wasn't allowed and told there was no manager on site by an extremely rude woman who refused to give me her name. The rooms were extremely tattered , there was no vending or ice machines, no coffee makers anywhere to be seen, minimal effort made by staff. The rooms were extremely outdated and the wall paper was barely holding to the walls which were stained and dirty. The floors stained my socks as well. The furniture looked like it had been pulled from a dumpster by the condition it was in. There was stains on the bathroom floor by the toilet that looked like human waste. But most of all I'm extremely upset that my service animal was the reason the woman demanded that we leave. I plan on contacting management as well as my lawyer so maybe they can be better educated on ADA laws.
