Terrible experience. Waited a long time for thus appointment with Dr. Levine and was seen by a nurse practitioner who didnt know the answer to most of my questions and even provided inaccurate information. No reminders for appts, takes them 3-5 days to send an order for an ultrasound. Will not be back.

First appointment was a complete disaster and disappointment. Upon entering the admin was on the phone did not acknowledge or welcome me. I let her know I wanted to check in she told me to sit down and she would be with me when she was off the phone. Instead of just checking me in and handing me new patient paperwork. I’m 7.5 months pregnant it’s easier for her to get up out of a chair than it is for me. I was scheduled to continue care here and they did not have my medical records despite almost having two weeks when booking my appointment through my insurance. I had been told from my insurance my appointment would be with Dr. Marico Lavigne but they actually scheduled me with a nurse practitioner & they did not disclose this to myself or my insurance prior to the appointment. Instead they made it known to me that the doctor often has patients waiting for up to 2 hours if they decide to wait despite having an appointment because he is on call for deliveries and is unreliable to patient appointments and if that’s not something I’m comfortable with that I should find another doctor to go with. The doctor does not do Sonograms they are outsourced to a different office and only done on Monday’s. Now I haven’t seen the actual doctor this is all interaction from the staff. My experience today was stressful, disorderly, argumentative & did not receive any actual medical care.

The Nurse was Very Rude and Said if I want to Leave or go to another facility I can do so, because the Doctor might not even see me, I had an Appointment and was there 30 mins Early, filled the paper work, just to not be seen, Don't Waist Your Time at Lifetime Women's Healthcare!!! They Could Care Less if you have an Appointment!!! Evenless if Your Burning in Your Car While You Wait!!!

To: Chula Vista OB/GYN Owner, it was here where your staff gave Horrible Service Next Time Tell Your Patients the Doctors are On Call and that They Shouldn't Bother Making Appointments, Since They Won't be Seen!!!
