This is my first time stopping by for lunch. I really had my doubts with all the negative reviews, however, I was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good and there was a lot of it. I had a salad with chicken. It was delicious. Staff was friendly and attentive and polite. Thevalue for what I got it at $10.71 was a lot better than most other restaurants nowadays. Will definitely be back.

Pulled up to the window to pick up our mobile order and were ignored good at least 5 minutes. 2 burritos were very small and 3 kids meals had about one spoon full of beans instead of filling the spot in the container. No napkins no utensils. My husband says 2 stars is generous….

I love me some chipotle, but this place has really suffered in this era of DoorDash and Uber Eats. They seem understaffed, every time I've been in there are piles of dishes and the staff is absolutely frenzied with dozens of togo tickets on top on top of an already busy restaurant. I get the impression the employees are doing their very best under rough circumstances. Corporate needs to come in and rethink their labor formula, double their employees, and do some retraining.

Well, whoever was working on Wednesday, May 14, evening shift needs help. The kid couldn't do anything & was completely slow. Learn how to make a burrito. I swear the burrito my brother got was comical. It was the size of his palm. Then y'all ran out of guacamole & apparently chips, too, because the chips I got were definitely NOT your homemade tasting chips. Looks/tasted like chips you buy at a store, lol. Do better.....

Negative:
I ordered two large orders of chips and queso, along with an order of chips and salsa. I DID NOT receive any chips.

I called twice and couldn’t get past the automation. I wanted to come pick up my chips so we can eat the queso.

No chips! That’s half the order of chips and queso.

We have two large tubs of queso, a small salsa, and no chips to eat the queso and salsa.

This is my second incomplete order I’ve received.

My daughter ordered a kid’s meal and her order was correct.

I love Chipotle I use to eat it all the time before moving to Idaho. This location is doing a terrible job of representing the brand.I ordered steak tacos and got literally 5 pieces of meat on each taco. I had to order extra meat to get a decent portion, which was then too much. The older lady on the lune was great, but the younger girl who made my food gave terrible service. The cashier could barely figure out how to count change. Too make things worse she wrapped my food like a burrito so it was a mess when I went to eat my 17 dollar tacos...trash.

I'm thrilled we finally have a Chipotle in Post Falls! The food is fresh and delicious. I have food allergies, and the team went above and beyond to ensure my safety—changing gloves, wiping counters, even switching serving spoons. I felt genuinely cared for and appreciated their kindness. The Steak Rice Bowl was amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend! What is your favorite Chipotle dish? Do you pay for Guacamole?

Someone please explain why in the world Chipotle can NEVER get my order right. This one was missing the guacamole. It doesn’t matter which one I go to, Utah, California or Idaho…every damn time. So tired of this and I refuse to drive back. So irritating. I’m over this place. Picture shows obviously no guacamole.
