First car from charlies and I really got a taste of the family atmosphere! Came in, was greeted and sat down after a month and a half of talking with DREW who's personality really got me to come in. Thanks so much to MATT for humoring my wife and I on so many test drives and KYLE for helping us reach a fair deal and helping us work in our budget while having a great sense of humor during the whole encounter even though I'm sure we were starting to become annoying at the end. I would have loved to do b7d8ness with Charlie's. However, the sales department dropped the ball on a couple of occasions after 5 days of speaking with them. They then told me the vehicle i was yelling to purchase had been sold. Within 24hrs we purchased an identical vehicle at a better price.

I just have to say this was my first time buying a new car and I couldn’t of had a better experience, easygoing the salesman wasn’t trying to make me feel pressured at all, I can’t say the same for evergreen Subaru I called up mark at Charlie’s told him my situation within an hour of that phone call I was sitting in my new 2024 Impreza the team at Charlie’s Subaru showed me how easy car buying really can be and straightforward I have no complaints and want to say thank you for getting my family into a affordable out of this world safe car thank you again👍👍

Charlie's is fine. Subaru however is to friggin cheap to include a spare tire on 24 imprezas.
18" rims w/low profile tires and I hit a pot hole and tore a hole in the sidewall. The tire slime kit they replaced the spare with just sprayed out the tear and left me stranded for 2 hours waiting on a tow. I'll never buy a Subaru again. Beyond frustrated.
