Nick, a sales consultant, is very reliable and polite, with a nice personality and he's an excellent listener. He knew which CrossTrek I could manage after 12 years of my 2013 CrossTrek. Nick listens thoughtfully and acts accordingly, and he obviously loves his job. I'm fortunate to have had him helping me. Besides Nick, I was also very impressed by Joe Hague, sales manager; George, sales manager; Jess Gagne, finance manager; Frank DeVito, service advisor; and Ryan Pablo, sales consultant. Stopped at Charlie's motor mall to check on pricing on some three row SUVs were not
planning on buying that day but the salesman Josh hofferberth was so personable we bought a new Nissan Pathfinder. he made our buying experience exceptional. Everyone made the car shopping experience great. They were all very friendly at the dealership. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do as far as lease or purchase and Edgar, was very knowledgeable and willing to show me any vehicle I like. George, was also very nice and patient while I located some information. The final finance guy, I can’t remember his name, that did my contract made the experience very easy. I took my 2024 Nissan Frontier in for its first service last week and had an excellent experience.
Ask Chelsea several questions, one of which, she said she would have to get the answer for me before I left. Upon completion of the service, she had the answer to may question. Plus I asked her if they could check out a passenger door fit/alignment issue and she indicated that it would be Charlies Collision center responsibility.

So drove across the street to the collision center, explained my issue to the service rep and she said the manager would have to take a look at it. Mark S. the Service Manager came out, looked at the passenger door alignment, and said he could take it into the shop, right then, and see what he could do!
About 15 minutes later he came in, said they were able to make an adjustment, and had me come out, and take a look at what they did. The door was aligned to my satisfaction and I was on my way.

Can’t get any better service than that!
