I started wedding planning with Ryann in April of 2023. She made the process seamless every step of the way. We didn't have a wedding planner/coordinator or even day of coordinator as from the moment we spoke to Ryann, we knew she was more than enough.

When we started to see the storm coming for the wedding weekend, I knew Ryann would take care of it all. She effortlessly had the ceremony moved, coordinated with our vendors and provided ample reassurance that morning when we got word that ferries were cancelled. Her team was absolutely incredible as well. I have worked in restaurants for 10 years and a well oiled team is crucial to smooth operations and Ryann's team was flawless. Everyone was eager to go the extra mile, make our guests feel welcome and make sure the property was secure (hurricane weather) and safe.

I could write pages and pages about what an amazing person Ryann is so I hope the above summarizes it. She is not only an amazing human being but so incredibly talented at what she does. We were the only wedding on the island that day (there were 4 others) that had all of our vendors, entertainment etc and I attribute that to Ryann's guidance, her recommendation of vendors and her ability to execute changes on the spot.

A home away from home at Champlin's. My family has been taking trips by boat for over 25 years. Always fun, beautiful and they make you feel like you belong. The staff is very nice and friendly and go the extra mile to help. Recently while running a boat from Nantucket to Montauk my son was running low on fuel and Randy opened the gas dock even though it was closed in the late season to help out. Champlin's will always be one of those special, "One Particular Harbor", place to my family!!😁

Just came back from the best vacation staying at Champlins. Our party consisted of two parties and stayed for three days two nights. The resort itself was beautiful and our rooms were cozy and clean. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, especially our shuttle driver Rafael. We had Rafael as our driver multiple times and everytime gave us great advice and recommendations that made our stay memorable. His great knowledge on the resort and Island made our trip flawless. We plan on making our trip to chaplains yearly!

Good hotel on Block Island. Rooms and grounds were clean and well maintained.

We went the week after Labor Day and the restaurant, ice cream shop and food truck were all closed for our trip, that wasn’t communicated when booking, which we would have appreciated knowing in advance. I know it’s the beginning of the off season, but even the team at the front desk didn’t even seem to know whether or not they were closed.

It’s about 2 miles from the main part of town with shops and restaurants - not an issue for us, we enjoyed the privacy of the location, just beware you might need to coordinate transportation for dinners and whatnot! Staff was very good about calling cabs for us.

Champlin’s has been phenomenal. The rooms are updated and the facility is clean and tidy! The atmosphere and staff at Champlin’s is top-notch. We met Hannah O. the first day on our honeymoon and we were fortunate enough to see her every day on our trip. She remembered us each time we saw her and greeted us with a welcoming smile and big hello! Everyone here has been super friendly and accommodating to us and we cannot wait to return!
