Terrible expirence every single time.

Front staff are extremely unaccommodating and have no recourse for any actions that require them to do any additional work.

Process with long line also need to be made aware. They will watch you wait in line only to reject you or turn your attention to a piece of paper or note on the wall. These signs are also plain and in small writing. No effort made to be helpful.

Phone number and email on Google are also consistently changed after being updated. This has to be something done internally from the business

Nobody answers the phone, lazy, and will do absolutely anything to work around you instead of help. I have called ALL 3 NUMBERS that they give you on the sheet of paper over 20 times within a span of 3 days to no avail. Do better.

This place is a hot mess. Lines super long, got one person working the window. Customer service is lacking. Really don’t that you’re a retired supply specialist. Just get the lines moving and don’t be rude.

After 20 years, this was one of the better experiences I've had with CIF. I did catch them on a Friday, but most of the people were surprisingly nice.

By far the worse CIF experience I’ve had in my 17 years of service. The staff is rude and unaccommodating. They do whatever they can to do less work. 3ID would be the best Division in the army if it wasn’t for their CIF.

Every staff member I interacted with at CIF was friendly and professional. The ETS turn-in process was smooth

They don’t accept duffel bags and Laundry bags that have been written on from when equipment was issues 18years ago. CIF appointment system wouldn’t allow me to make an appointment. When I called for assistance, the employee who answered the phone refused to make an appointment over the phone and insisted that I was making a mistake. Terrible customer service and support and shameful they make service members buy new duffel bags and laundry bags
