I just had my consultation with the team, and I feel I was heard when speaking about concerns, current medical issues, as well as what I feel I want to get out of the surgical process. He was understanding of my past history of surgery and my worries. He was very clear about expectations, steps to the process as well as waiting and focusing on what I felt was the most important to me at this time. Please do your research before hiring Dr Castellon for your breast reduction surgery. I met with Dr Castellon and his staff 2-3 times prior to my surgery. They were all very nice and professional. I was very specific in wanting to reduce from DDD to a C-cup and Dr. Castellon agreed to do so. There were no concerns made by Dr. Castellon that this was a problem surgery or that my request could not be performed. At the first follow-up after my surgery, I expressed concern that the reduction was not as much as I had requested. Dr. Castellon insisted it would take a full year for the swelling to subside and then I would, indeed, be a C-cup. It has now been over a year and the surgery performed by Dr. Castellon only reduced me to a DD-cup and not the C-cup which I had requested and paid to have performed. Dr. Castellon tried to argue that different styles of bras could not accurately indicate a certain cup size as they all differed. While that may be true, there are absolutely no size C or even D cups that will fit me. I definitely would not have invested $10,000.00 for such a minor change. Again, I caution you to locate a surgeon who will actually perform the procedure you are paying to have performed. I requested at least a partial refund since I did not receive the services I paid to have performed. To date, he has not responded to my request.

I am so thankful for all the care I’ve received from Dr. Castellon. He performed my original breast augmentation with which I was so pleased. When I developed breast cancer and underwent a bilateral mastectomy, my personal choice was to have reconstruction and I knew Dr. Castellon had to be the one to do the reconstruction. Words can’t describe how much it meant to me to come through cancer and to be able to feel and look like myself prior to cancer. Since that time I decided to have my implants exchanged for a smaller size and to have a posterior thigh lift as well as Renuvion to my knee area. Again, I’m thrilled with the results. You’re in the best of hands with Dr. Castellon, his wonderful physician assistant, nurse practitioner and everyone in the office from the beginning with first consultation, throughout your surgery and the recovery period. In addition, as an anesthesiologist I work with many plastic surgeons and have had the privilege of working with Dr. Castellon. Seeing first hand, his professionalism, care for his patients and results made my decision to see Dr. Castellon for my personal care such an easy decision.

Dr Castellon is one of the finest doctors, his demeanor is pleasant and he is very knowledgeable. He truly cares about his patience. I came to him with some severe issues, deformities in my body. In his knowledge and skills he was able to restore my body to its natural shape. He has patiently stood by side through the last year and a half, and walked with me through the healing process. Wonderful experience with Dr Castellon. No pressure as far as picking my new breast size and the surgery was very easy. Recovery was seamless. He really takes care to explain the procedure and follow up appointments were consistent and timely.

I had some concerns about my stitches and called the after hours line and Dr Castellon called me back over the weekend to put me at ease and followed up later that week.

I am super happy with my breasts and was glad I got both the lift and augmentation.
