Fantastic fresh, well priced and relaxed joint to grab healthy Mediterranean dishes.

No surprises on the menu and that is a good thing. They execute on well made, healthy options, big portions and a great welcoming attitude.

I had the sweet potato hummus and it was absolutely delicious! the fresh pressed juice was very flavorful also. I would like to commend the staff on their customer service, promptness, and maintaining the cleanliness as people came and went. this is a great place to sit and get some work done. plenty of seating and outlets are conveniently located at each seat of the bar.

I had lunch here the other day. What can I say? Friendly, polite and welcoming staff. Great variety of healthy food, delicious coffee. I ordered lamb salad. I will definitely come and try something else from the menu.
Update
I also ordered avocado toast and latte here, the toast was a little bit small and they brought latte to go (but I mentioned I'm going to dine in).

Love this place!

I ordered falafel bowl and hot matcha unsweetened. They were so good!

I really like the salad and sweet potato hummus from the plate. Falafel was decent. I was hoping to be more crispy. Rice thing was really good. I really like the dish.

Matcha was pretty good. No after bitter taste but strong enough i can taste matcha. I was hoping to get the latte art but maybe next time.

I really like the vibe. Very casual open and bright. Waitress was really nice and friendly.

Five stars definitely. The food is perfectly prepared. We got the tomato soup and a chicken pomodoro panini. The soup was excellent. Homemade. Thick. Rich. The sandwhich was perfectly toasted. It had the perfect balance of flavors. It was creamy and moist without being soggy. The fatoush was pretty good, although I've never seen celery in fatoush. The pita chips on top brought it all together. They have both indoor and outdoor dining.

Cafe Fili is a nice place with a welcoming environment. I enjoyed my time catching up with friends at Cafe Fili. There are plenty of plugs to charge phones/computers. I had some iced tea and it was very good. The baristas were also very friendly.

One of my favorite places to eat in Baltimore.
The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere. Attentive service. The owner/manager is always is on the site and he is very attentive to the clientele. When I'm in Baltimore I have to stop by Cafe Fili.
