My wife and I just switched over to Lynn as our primary care provider, and our first office visit was wonderful. Lynn was friendly and welcoming, reviewed our health status and family histories thoroughly, and offered several actionable solutions for health issues that we each shared. It felt less like a doctor's visit and more like hanging out with a friend who knows a _lot_ about health and medicine.

I would recommend searching elsewhere for a primary care office. I have been a patient here for over 7 years and have experienced minor issues over time such as rushed visits, rudeness (not from the front desk), not believing my symptoms, and lack of pretty general knowledge. But what really forced me to finally leave was poor communication, particularly over the last year. One example was when I scheduled a minor procedure as recommended after an appointment. I scheduled this procedure the same day and sent a message over the portal for my documents to be sent over to the hospital. The hospital also tried contacting Burtonsville several times in the three weeks leading up to my procedure. The day of the procedure while I am getting ready, I am told that Burtonsville never sent over any documents and I had to pull up test results myself. Another example is the multiple occurrences of them never responding to pharmacy requests for renewed prescriptions. Most recently, the pharmacy sent over a request, 3 days later I confirmed Burtonsville had not responded, I called Burtonsville and left a message, 4 days later confirmed Burtonsville had not yet responded, called Burtonsville again and finally got them to send over the prescription after talking to someone at the front desk. This prescription had to be ordered and by the time I received it, I had gone 8 days without the medication and was experiencing symptoms serious enough to cause me to miss some work. Having to micro-manage these pharmacy requests, which seems an inherent job of any primary care office, is exhausting and difficult when I am generally unreachable during the times their office is open.

What a gem! My husband and I started seeing Lynn right after she opened her practice…over 8 years ago now. I have never felt rushed and can always get an appointment in a timely manner. Lynn is easy to talk to and asks thoughtful questions. She is determined to get to the bottom of a problem and communicates throughout the process. Excellent all around.

Loved that I found a new PCP/NP practice. Lynn Masih was splendid on my first appointment today, very kind, attentive listener, thorough. Glad to have found my new PCP! I wish I'd know that to have blood draws taken on site (by Lynn herself though!) it was a $15 convenience fee, but overall a great experience.

Dr. Masih is a very caring and thorough primary health care provider. She is a great listener and involves the patient in her health care recommendations. Thanks to her diligence, she helped to diagnose a significant health problem early which can be treated successfully. My Urologist had nothing but the highest praise for Dr. Masih when I mentioned to him that she was my Doctor. She is absolutely the best medical care provider I've ever been to and I recommend her to anyone in the area looking for caring medical services of the highest quality.

Ms. Masih was willing to see my daughter, a new patient, on a holiday, the same day we called for an appointment! She very quickly diagnosed a sinus infection and prescribed appropriate medication. The office was very well run and Ms. Masih was wonderful. Highly recommend this practice! So nice to have such quality medical care in Burtonsville, especially since urgent care has become so unreliable, lately.
