I was in the area and I needed an oil change so I called the first place that popped up. Everything seemed fine at first. They were able to squeeze me in and it was reasonably priced. Cheaper than when I go to valvoline. However, a few days later, i start hearing a rattling noise underneath my car. Turns out the engine shield thing was not put back on properly. And now it’s dragging the ground. It was recommended that I reach back out and have them fix it. But i dont live close by. And I dont wanna drive my car all the way back there with that dragging the ground. So now i have to be inconvenienced in order to get this fixed

I've been a few times, but I didn't want to use them for anything major, just oil changes for the most part as I have someone who lives a bit further that does the real mechanic work. My car worked perfectly, no error codes. one day I took it for an oil change and received a call from the guy at the front desk that says my engine light is on and I may need a new exhaust.

When I came up there to see what's going on. He ran through the options, in terms of price of exhaust, labor etc and finished with "a, well, we might be able to use some seafoam to fix" (It felt like he was steering me in that effort). I didn't trust them at all. As the car worked perfectly and I had no issues with exhaust. It's like they caused the error codes to try and manipulate me into giving them more money, to do work that wasn't needed.

So I took it to another mechanic who discovered it was all a lie. They cleared the codes and I had zero issues with my exhaust.

I've never took my car back there since. It's Hard to find a reputable trustworthy mechanic, unfortunately these people aren't it.
