I want to compliment Sean for his maintenance work on my unit yesterday. He was polite & friendly. He efficiently fixed my sink quickly. Sean has done other repairs for me over the past 4 years I've lived here (as have others) but Sean stands out compared to the others. All my experiences with him have been helpful & pleasant. His work quality is excellent & he actually takes the time to listen to my concerns & experiences with the issue respectfully before doing the repair.

As well, last winter, when he saw me shoveling my driveway, he pulled up, pushed the deep snow at the end of my driveway with his plow, waved, & drove on. It was very thoughtful & kind of him to take this couple of minutes to help me - this is the type of person you want to have in your home for repairs! Thank you Sean.

We have been dealing with Amber since inquiring about the property and leasing a unit here. Amber has been great to deal with and even got maintenance to get the unit ready ahead of the scheduled move in date. The townhouse feels like a home and offers way more than many rents on the market today. If we were to have any issues we know that we can count on Amber to jump right on them and get them resolved. She always has a smile on her face and is a pleasure to deal with.

I have lived in Mariner's Landing for a couple months now and have to say I really enjoy it. The office staff are friendly, the maintenance crew is amazing and prompt, especially Sean, and the neighbors I have are wonderful and very pleasant. Any issues I have had were addressed in a timely manner.

I will say that some of the common areas could be cleaned and spruced up a bit such as the mailbox areas, basketball courts and playgrounds.

This place seems to be one of the most favorable places to rent in Brunswick. There are plenty of opportunities for shopping and entertainment within walking distance, and plenty of safe bicycle routes.
The staff has always been helpful in so many ways, and have always replied to any questions or requests in a timely manner.
Amber has always been genuinely kind and always attentive. It's really nice to work with someone like her, who sincerely loves their job and loves people, too.

I want to Thank the whole team at Brunswick Landing. My mother moved into a unit a year ago. She was very happy but soon realized a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, was too much for her. The Brunswick Landing team found a unit that only had 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, and this was PERFECT for her. She LOVES it so much. She is very happy with and so appreciative of the tremendous help the team and the workers helped with this 2nd move, within a year!!
A special shout out to Amber who always makes my mothers day when she sees her!!! I I greatly appreciate the help, the advice and the sincere caring for her well-being!!

I've lived in the Midway Terrace location for 16 months and overall have been very pleased with my experience. Our unit was newly remodeled upon move in, and our common space entry way was just remodeled as well. Rates do go up each year (almost $200 this year, which seemed like a big hike), but the apartments are spacious, you get a garage and a storage room which are very useful to have, trash and zero sort recycling are included as are utilities and they even do a bulk trash pickup in the spring to take away big items like furniture and junk you'd otherwise have to haul to the dump yourself. Management has always been very pleasant to deal with, albeit sometimes seeming overwhelmed, but they are managing a lot of properties so this is understandable. Other then the rent hike, the only other downsides are that maintenance can have a lot on their plate so it can take some time to have issues addressed and the walls are pretty thin between apartments, so you will sometimes hear your neighbors if they're doing something noisy, but people who live there are polite and no one is blasting music or causing any unreasonable ruckus. I have recommended Brunswick Landing to friends and co-workers and have overall been very pleased with my experience.

I called the office yesterday after i checked my e-mail stating that I had a lease renewal due and that it was not the first e-mail I had gotten about it. Sorry, but I don't always have access to my e-mail, and I have stated that to the office before. I asked about my lease renewal and why there was such a big increase in my rent, at that point she was not so pleasant with me. I was told it was a big increase and she would have to call someone and get back to me....no response as of this message. I also put in a work order in January 21,2020 when my dishwasher stopped working and asked when they came out I also needed them to fix my front door knob as it is loose (again) and hard to get in sometimes. I realize (as of now) they aren't doing repairs unless emergency because of the sickness going around, but this was in January. I am hoping to hear back quickly about this (hopefully error) in my lease and about my work order.
