Llegamos a este maravilloso Hotel Boutique situado en el puerto costero de BRISTOL en nuestro recorrido de vacaciones de otoño con mi esposo y familia. Ideal porque recorrimos caminando los alrededores y se pudo apreciar su construcción histórica y se disfruta de restaurantes y Cafés todo junto al hotel.

PERFECT HOTEL IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT SLEEPING!|I checked into the 2nd floor room and immediately was startled by an extreme loud boom which then continued into a rattling/grinding mechanical sound coming from the ceiling above. I immediately brought video of it to the front desk and they said they could not move me but would have manager contact me. 9 HOURS LATER back in my room, i still hadn't been contacted. I began texting how upset i was. It was 1am and had to be up at 6am for an event and this "noise" was going off like clock work ALL NIGHT LONG! It would startle me awake and vibrate the headboard and shake the bed for atleast a minute before stopping only to restart EVERY 22 MINUTES. The front desk offered me $25 discount...offended to say the least. It wasn't until the following morning after more angry texts sent by me that the manager finally called. She offered me 50% discount. I demanded a full refund at that point. If this "sold out" hotel had no other rooms to put me in I think the least they could do was refund my $185! Not alot in comparison to their total sales that weekend if you ask me....but guess what they did....CHARGE ME FULL PRICE and didn't even honor a single thing they stated.

This was the second time we stayed here and were happy to return. The room was comfortable, clean and bright. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the noise level in the room. We were in room 202 which was at the street end of the wing. The loud trucks going by was a not something we had experienced before. Although we would absolutely stay here again, I would request a room towards the back of the property (water view).
