This was overall a good experience! The price is lower than other tours since there are many people on the boat. But the boat was nice and we really enjoyed seeing the whales! We were pretty surprised however that the captain made a joke about Canada becoming the 51st state. We understand that joking & entertainment is part of tours like this, and didn't feel like there was malice behind it, but it was a very tone deaf thing to joke about in the current political climate and definitely soured our experience somewhat (the people around me also seemed uncomfortable and did not find it funny). Otherwise the captain was knowledgeable about the whales and did a great job entertaining people's children on the boat, so hopefully will put a little more thought into the jokes for adults in future.

Went to buy snorkel gear for my kids on 2/6. The guy working was so helpful and kind. They didn’t have a set I needed but called the Kahana store and had it waiting for us to pick up!

Mahola, I had a great experience with Boss Frogs, they were friendly and very helpful. I arranged surf lesson for my son , it was a great deal. Also arranged whale watch for my kids and myself , rented chairs and umbrella. They made my xmas holiday better ( it started with my daughter's unfortunate ear infection) tried to accommodate our last minute requests and plan changes due to that. Happy New year from New Jersey

I had an amazing experience with Boss Frogs in Maui! The 2-for-1 deal with $29.5 per snorkeling set for the entire 2 weeks is incredible. I got prescription goggle and did not regret!!! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, the equipment was clean and high-quality, and they provided great tips on the best snorkeling spots. Their excellent customer service made my trip unforgettable. Highly recommend!

So happy I discovered this place to rent golf clubs at. Saved a lot of money and was convenient. Quick and friendly service and great price. I’m not a professional golfer or anything but I was perfectly happy with the quality of the set too.

Horrible service. The old man working was friendly to white customers only. He made conversation with others and was smiling and laughing and when it was my turn in line I greeted him and proceeded to ask my question and he looked at me like I was stupid. He did not want to answer my questions and only pointed to a QR code. I proceeded to fill out a waiver and checked in with the man, he was so rude as he was checking me in and yelled at me when my boyfriend didn’t fill out his own waiver. He did not give us any information and only pointed to a QR code and expects me to figure out what is going on. I’m sure others experience was wonderful and I’m glad no one else had to go through an old racist man.
