All the reviews are spot on |Unprofessional service, kept changing rates! |Took $25 application fee, which is expected. |Kept giving me different scenarios for parking an reason why the cost would be different restricted time of stay, after taking my deposit of $300 I cancelled my arrival with in 36 hrs office manager avoided returning any of request for a call back but was able to email me a electronic rental agreement |With a huge increase of rental cost. I finally went to office and asked if the manager was in the receptionist said maybe!!!! Just depends,!! I asked for my refund she refused |Due to my cancellation was my own fault not there's, I had never signed a rental agreement the manager said it will not be refunded because of all the work process she did to get My RV pad ready.!!! Why should I be responsible for paying for getting the pad ready to rent? I said it is unethical and I was going to right a review and report to better business she said she would contest it and don't belong to the better business. Find any other park beside Boise Riverside Park as Manager clearly pointed out that the $300 deposit is non refundable

What a gem! The staff was cheerful and easy to work with. The park was immaculate, the sites and amenities were all in perfect order. And we loved that we could hop on the 27mile greenbelt that ran along the property edge. We read poor reviews of the RV park and decided to take our chance. We were so glad we did as we had an incredible 3 day stay. Recommended!!

If you are looking to ride on some of the best bike trails in the west you found your home.|Very friendly front desk that tries to accommodate at very busy park.|Book ahead. Spots are tight.|limited spots with full service.|Dump station is EZ to get to.|The laundry room is very clean and well organized.|Great spots to eat along the trail.|Best to ride during the weekdays. Weekends are busy. Head north for less traffic.

My space was extremely tight. I thought the man guiding me to my sight, was was helping he just looks not help, he's not allowed to stop me from scraping a tree, he can look but cannot say anything. It caused some minor damage to an end cap of a slide topper. When asked why, the response was the driver is the driver we cant help you So be sure you have your own spotter for the very tight spaces, or get out and look! The staff is friendly. Its a pretty nice environment as well. The trees could use trimming along the driveways two vehicles cannot pass without being in small limbs. The sewer backed up, luckily I dump about 1/2 my grey tank first just in case I have a leak somewhere, so this wasn't catastrophic, but annoying for sure. They came first thing next morning as promised. They snaked it and got a rag out of it..I doubt that came out of someone's black tank? If I had needed to move sites they did offer a free night in compensation. The entrance is very tight coming in on Goddard northbound as well. Knowing its shortcomings may stay there again however there are numerous options in the area.
Update Oct 2024
As this RV park is conveniently close to grandsons in the area, we choose to stay there again. No sewer issue and having an active spotter made the stay less irritating.

We recently stayed at this RV park as first-time RV owners, and we couldn’t have had a better experience thanks to Teeter and the amazing staff! Teeter went above and beyond to help us set up our new RV, walking us through how everything works and even providing detailed safety tips. He generously lent us his personal tools and helped fix several issues with our camper, including offering to repair a water leak. The rest of the staff were just as eager to assist, always polite and genuine. The park itself is clean, well-maintained, and an overall fantastic place to stay. A special shout out to Teeter—he’s truly a gem, and the RV park is lucky to have him on the team! Highly recommend for both newbies and seasoned RVers!

I reserved a spot on August 7, 2024 for Labor Day week-end. I was not told that reservations were non-refundable at the time I made them. Labor Day week-end was very smokey with the air quality of 174, due to my having asthma I had to call the day before my reservations and cancel. Aileen was very nice and said due to your situation she was sure I would get a refund for all of my deposit, if not a partial of it. I called the following week to see about my refund and talked to Tony and explained my situation he said he would let management know and they would get back with me, another week went by with no call back. I called again and talked to Tammy about what happened and told her I was more than happy to use my initial deposit for a future stay at the campground because apparently they didn't want to return my money. She took my information and said she would have someone call me back, they never did. I called again a week later and talked to Theresa and she said no refunds, I said that's fine I'll take a credit for a future stay at your park. She said I will write this down and have them call you, again no call. Finally my husband and I went in person today and asked to reserve our deposit money to another date to camp and were told "no". Now to me this is not good business practice or good customer relations because I will be getting my money back through my credit card company due to not getting services for my money, that is theft! Stealing! and I will not be giving them any more business! You lose Boise Rv Park! Beware these people are thieves!
