Es el peor servicio, no respondieron a tiempo con la garantía y con la entrega de la propiedad en la fecha estipulada, se me generaron más gastos a raíz de eso, mi casa me la entregaron sucia , según ellos el negocio ya cerró y que ya no existe y me dejaron pendiente la nivelación de mi casa rodante, no quieres responder, ahora según ellos tengo que acudir a la ciudad , pésimo servicio con el señor Elías de los Santos que se santo no tiene nada

We haven't finished our purchase as of yet. But Collin has been very helpful in our decision making. Very informative and helpful. They also have a great selection of options for whatever you need. Highly recommended!

I would not do business w BMH. They will take your money and not do their due diligence in getting the contract to the finish line. Original financing fell through w bad appraisal and it took BMH two weeks to provide other lender information. No sense of urgency and failure to communicate in a timely manner caused many red flags for me. So glad we saw their true colors before completing our $600,000 project with them.

Update: Took Blue Meadow Homes to small claims court and was awarded a judgement for $20,000 (which was the full amount I asked for).

I’m posting this review here because this company has deleted my review two times from their Facebook page.

If you are considering doing business with this company ask them why their BBB account has been suspended and also read the reviews of Legacy Homes.
Over half of Blue Meadow Homes positive reviews (on Facebook) are from family, friends, business partners and so on. I could be mistaken but I only remember seeing one positive review from an actual customer that purchased a home from them.
I have been extremely patient with Blue Meadow Homes and have been living in my home for 6 months and there are numerous things that have not been corrected or repaired.
I commented politely on one of their posts today from my main Facebook account and was blocked and the comment was deleted. If that doesn’t tell you what type of company this is I don’t know what will!!
My husband and I were set to move into our home in February 2022. We were so unhappy with the quality of work that Eli and his crew did in our home that we did not want to sign our closing documents. Eli threatened us with legal action if we did not sign within 3 days. Eli advised us that we would be in default if we didn’t sign. We purchased 5 acres of land that was included with the purchase of our home and could not afford to be in default on both. I have texts from Eli indicating as such. We were assured that all necessary repairs would be made on our home when we signed and informed Eli that we were under duress but Eli himself was the notary and it was 8pm on a Saturday night. Our hands were tied at this point.
We paid Eli to have our walls tape and textured and he had his crew do this knowing they had never done this type of work before. I have $10000 in damages to my walls alone and have cracks above ever door and window. The cracks are getting worse every week. There are over 30 areas on my walls that have no texture, some walls are not completely painted. Blue Meadow homes failed to prime or sand my walls after they applied the texture.
My living room ceiling was damaged from water while sitting on Eli’s lot and this was not repaired. I was left with a 7 foot eyesore in the middle of my living room ceiling.
Eli’s crew ripped my vinyl flooring throughout the kitchen and dining room and this has not been repaired even though I have texts from Eli indicating it would be.
The exterior of my home has not been completely painted, again I have texts saying this too will be done.
My contract included 2 acres of land clearing and only 1.5 acres were cleared.
My utility room crown molding is not finished.
My back door has only worked for a month since we’ve lived here. Our home had to be put on concrete runners due to VA financing. Eli was even nice enough to leave his discarded used concrete in the middle of my backyard. This is a 4 foot by 6 foot area of concrete. My husband is a veteran. This is a horrendous way to treat a veteran of the Armed Forces.
We put a $2500 deposit on our home and we’re supposed to receive it back at closing because our loan did not require a down payment. We did not get this money back and our closing documents do not list a down payment.
We purchased a brand new home from Eli/Blue Meadow Homes and what we provided with is a joke. We are sick over this but do find it interesting that our realtor (Sonny Roberts) was working inside our home before we moved in. Sounds fishy to me!!
We are hoping this review with help other potential customers make the decision not to deal with this company. As soon as they receive their money they will stop responding and could care less about the money you spent with them.

What a wonderful experience! Eli is an absolute pleasure to work with. He had the most adorable tiny home and my friend fell in love at first sight. Eli bent over backwards to help her get what she needed, and when he and my friend were finished, he handed her the key. And such a lovely tiny home! I can't wait to drink iced tea with her on her beautiful front porch! I feel like we have a friend for life in Eli. His prices were nothing short of amazing. Blue Meadow Homes in Howe is north Texas' best kept secret in affordable and beautiful homes. Thank you, Eli, for all your help!

So my grandma bought a home from them year in a half ago . And when the home got here the door was bent and the kitchen lights only one works .
We have been trying to get a new door or get this one fixed but they keep giving us the run around!!! They say these homes have a life time warranty, but can’t get the door fixed. If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to let us know ! Also before she bought this home she put a down on a home that was on the lot . We went 4 days later to pay it off and of course they sold it from under her . Be careful with these guys !!!

Eli and his entire team did a great job helping us purchase a new home. Nick was very helpful from sale through delivery. The set up team of Chuck, Ricky and Kyle were awesome! I would definitely recommend checking out Blue Meadow Homes if you are in the market for a mobile home.

Eli is very friendly and he is working very hard to get us in a home. He's not trying to push us in any home he is trying to get us in the home we want. I can't wait I will update when we get our home. .....I am very happy to update I now have a home from blue meadow homes. Eli did not give up until he could get me in a home. I would definitely recommend going to see them if you are looking to buy a home. Thank you eli for making my dream come true.
