We are staying here for work, the first week we stayed it was great! This last week we have not got any sleep at all! All week there has been someone up above us that never leaves and is always stomping so hard on the floor that it shakes the walls! Multiple times we have talked to the staff and with no avail! They apologize but never do anything about it! There are several people here that are obviously homeless and without jobs that make noise all day and all night! I swore I would not write a bad review, however after talking to one of the owners and nothing has been done I am giving up on any type of real service! It is beyond ridiculous that you pay your hard earned money and can't get rest! Every time I fall asleep this heard of elephants sound from above ruins all of that! It is a nice hotel, however when you house folks that don't respect themselves, how can you expect them to respect other guests!? I have purchased earplugs to be able to sleep and it is so hard it shakes the walls and the headboards! I believe they must be dancing with elephants in the rooms above us! All of the staff is extremely nice, but we can't get rest here this trip!

This motel has gone down hill horribly! Its unsafe. The back door doesn’t require a door key/card for entry. My motel room door had a crack above the card reader. Overall the room is dirty and grimy. There were hairs in all the towels. No tissues, very thin Amazon toilet paper. The hostess questioned me who was going to be in my hotel room at night. I told her she made me uncomfortable as a single woman checking in, she doubled down and said she had to ask and that I could bring my husband but not other people. I felt unsafe!

They charged us a deposit they said would be refunded, but wasn't. Also, they kept knocking on our door in the morning (hours before check out) and would wait outside the door asking if we were checking out. Also, the breakfast closes at 9, but, we went there at 8:30 and they had it all shut down. Sigh. The room was okay. Beds were okay. Pillows comfy.

Booked online. However I made a mistake and booked the wrong hotel. Less than an hour later I tried to cancel. Took the online company awhile to get an answer and the hotel refused to refund. Initially they said call back next day when right person was on duty. I understand it was my mistake. Yet this was in less than an hour I tried to cancel and get refund. These kind of situations tell you a lot about the kind of company Blisspoint is. Very very disappointed. Recommend going elsewhere as customer service is not top priority. Keeping my money for a room I did not stay in and they knew I cancelled in under an hour of booking wrong hotel.

I was traveling late and checked in just after 2am on a Sunday. Was charged for two full nights. Then when requested a couple hours extra because travel arrangements were messed up was told I could only stay until 1 for an additional 20.00. I hardly ever travel but never seen this treatment. 110 dollars for one and a half nights and wouldnt even give one or two extra hours without more money. I would understand if busy but many rooms were empty. Cat meowing throughout the night. I won't be staying there ever again

Checked into this hotel yesterday, the first room
We were provided, the lock on the door was broken, and the mini fridge had towels in it. I went to ask for a new room and the front desk attendant followed me around acting like I wasn’t going to move to the new room. The new room, the bathroom door didn’t shut and latch and we couldn’t shut the door to the room from the outside without putting the key in and turning the handle first. The beds were the most uncomfortable thing I have ever laid down on. I woke up with back and hip pain. The beds are too small for two people. My toddler and I shared one and he and I both almost rolled off the bed at night. I do not recommend staying here.

Key stopped working for my room and couldn’t get in for a couple hours, they gave me a night off! I got in a hurry and ran off and forgot my PlayStation after I left they were great with helping me get it back in a timely manner! Definitely would use again

Got room 223(I think) under the previous business name. Now under the blisspoint name, the latch for the room’s door still hasn’t been replaced.

Hopefully they’ll keep doing maintenance. As a positive, they did swap rooms.
