There are serious problems in the administration of these apartments, a lot of mistakes and there is NO one to answer for them (they prefer to change their staff as much as they can).
The communication from the administration with the residents is poor and they constantly violate your rights even going over your contract. They constantly change systems, generating confusion in the people who live there and affecting their pockets.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE, IT IS CHAOS.

La comunicación de la administración con los residentes es pesima y constantemente violan tus derechos incluso pasando por encima de tu contrato. Cambian constantemente de sistema, generando confusión en las personas que viven ahí y afectando sus bolsillos.
NO RECOMIENDO A NADIE VIVIR AQUI, ES UN CAOS.

UPDATE: Mgmt recently sent out an email asking for residents to leave positive online reviews for them due to all the negative reviews. So when you're reading these glowing new reviews, keep that in mind....
Do your research before moving here. There are multiple reasons why there are so many apartments available right now and they are offering discounts. After more than 4 years here, we personally are tired of dealing with the trash and dog feces everywhere, lights not working under our carport that we pay money for each month, and staff not taking concerns seriously when reported on Saturdays. There are cameras in the complex but the newest mgmt says they cannot access them. Why not just buy a new camera system so you can tell who the problem people are? The new owners seem to be trying but then the last two owners started out the same way also. I have even emailed the parent company of this complex, and over a week later, have heard nothing in regards to our concerns.

I moved in during the major renovations of the property, and despite the bumpy transition, everyone was incredibly supportive and patient. The leasing office maintained great communication throughout the entire process, which made a big difference. The maintenance team has also been amazing—responsive, reliable, and kind. Everyone here is so sweet and welcoming.

I’ve officially lived in these apartments for over a year now—and just renewed my lease! When I first moved in (July 2024), the management honestly sucked, but since the new management took over, it’s been a total 180. Life here has been a dream!

There’s definitely a lot of new construction going on, which can be a little loud at times, but I’m honestly just so happy they’re finally fixing everything up. Any time I’ve had an issue, Mary has been amazing—super helpful and responsive.

Management keeps us well-informed about the construction schedule, which makes it way easier to plan around everything. They’ve cleaned up the entire complex, repainted everything, and you can really see the difference.

This place always had potential, and I’m so glad the new management is finally bringing it back to life!

I’m am very pleased with the new property ownership that has recently taken over the property. I decided to renew my lease for another year, they are investing money for property improvements and making good on their promises. The staff have always answered any of my questions or concerns promptly, I’m very pleased with the property and the property management team. Thank you for your hard work making sure we have a great place to call home.

Where to begin. I have lived here 4 years under multiple ownerships. Thought things had changed with new ownership how sadly i was wrong. Like many other complaints on here water went from 50 to 300 with no explanation. I have thousand complaints but ill just say what happened today. They close at 6. 5:10 pm in my apartment it sound like a bomb went off and noise will not stop. No matience number. Go down to the office and was laughed at. As i was outside the office was charged by one of the staff saying dont come here after hours. When i was there 40 min before they closed. Called while in their office and watched them hang up multiple times. So for the second time in 2 months needing to check into a hotel. I could go on for hours. Filthy, no peace and quite ever. Car, couch damaged. In my life i have never posted anything like this. Manager seems like a nice guy but this place cares nothing about its tenents. Worst mistake of your life if u move here.

I've lived here for 3 years and I love my apartment and the sturdy finishes. I feel extermly safe and would recomend anyone with family to come and check this place out. The staff have been helpful to resolve any issues I've had, epecially Sarah and Mary. I look forward to renewing my lease.
