I really like Bigfoot Java. Most of the drinks are quite good, and the service is usually friendly.

I do not recommend the cold brew at all though. It was not good and tasted almost like wood. Other drinks on the menu are much more worth it.

The biggest issue I have is that the wait times are always absurdly long. If there are 3 or more cars in line…expect to wait 20+ minutes. There has always been a long line when I have gone, so it’s clearly popular. But, long lines and slow service mean you are waiting a while to order.

Overall, It is a good place to get fun drinks and worth a try.

We loved this coffee shop. We stopped a few times while visiting the Seattle area. Coffee drinks and service were great. We tried several of their very unique Bigfoot drinks all were very good. Nice selection of hot or iced coffee drinks as well as fruit smoothie drinks.

I picked up an order, and the batista, before handing it to me she removed the whipped cream, took a straw, stirred, added more whipped cream, and left that same straw she touched to stirred the drink in the cup. I told her that I saw what she did and let her know that I always get a straw on the side, and she was leaving the same dirty straw in the drink. She said said " Just take it, dude." I asked her to remake the drink but close the window in me and walked away. She is a caucasian, heavy body type, and blonde with green hair color. A different girl came back to give me a wrapped straw. This was a very unprofessional, unsanitary experience. They already take their time to serve you. They should not treat their customers poorly.
