Big Country fixed my truck much faster than I expected. They worked with my insurance to cover every little part, down to the stinger on my receiver hitch. The truck looks like it did when I bought it new. It had a huge scratch down the side of the bed, and you would never know it was there. They were very open with communication. I hit a deer that really messed up the front driver side of my RAV4. It busted the headlight, wheel well trim, punctured a hole where fog lights would go and ruined my night. Big Country Collision took it right in, helped with insurance and had it ready in no time! When I picked it up, it was clear that they had gone above and beyond anything I had expected. They not only had fixed it to better than new standards, but washed it and buffed out the paint on the entire car! My car looks better now than in the day I drove it off the car lot! Guy tried to tell me my upper rear bumper needed to be replaced too because it was welded on. It’s a plastic bumper. Those aren’t welded on. Seems like a shop that likes to lie about problems to make more. Won’t go here as this seems to be a dishonest shop.

I just want to get on here and thank everyone at big country collision for being so good at there jobs and the customer service they provided and how you really felt like home dropping off our truck , we have never experienced of getting hit by someone and when we picked big country collision we saw the good reviews but didn’t know we were gonna be treated with such compassion and concern and they made us feel comfortable and reassured and they also called and keeped us updated and just went over and beyond on there work , and miss jacklyn was so helpful and sweet and knew how to talk to people and I’m just so thankful for them and would absolutely recommend them for major or small repairs there work is amazing , my mom had a incident and we referred her there and they absolutely are so amazing , I also want to thank them for the way are vehicles were when they were finished and we were picking them up , they were detailed and all nice and shiny it really is nice having a company like them in our community!
