This hotel is exceptional! They had real food for breakfast. You rarely see that anymore. We stayed here one night traveling through while on vacation. It has easy access to the hotel. The entire property is well care for. Very clean inside and out. The staff is very nice and efficient. I honestly believe some of these other Best Western hotels can learn a thing or two from this establishment.

It was a good place to stay. Breakfast was solid. Coffee was good. Rooms were clean. The gym is decent but wasn’t cleaned. There was a dead scorpion there all week. Few lights went out but they were fixed. The staff was very polite and helpful.
My tv remote went out while there and there was an extra phone. But overall nice place and I’d stay again if it wasn’t so pricey. Pretty expensive for this area and what you get.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was exceptionally clean. Morning breakfast was excellent. Will 100% return.

If you want to eat Breakfast, do NOT go to this hotel. We stayed in December 2023 and the man, in charge of the breakfast, was very rude. We went down and there was nothing left, except about 3 items. Waffle Batter was out also. When asked, he said that he was not putting anything else out. This was about 8:00 am. We thought maybe this was a fluke, so, on our way back through in January 2024, we stayed, again, for 1-night. Went to Breakfast; pictures are time stamped at 8:41 am. The breakfast person, Susan, was sitting outside in the foyer, playing on her phone. The pictures show you what food was left, which was 1-fried egg, 2-pieces of bread and small pastry. I asked her if she was going to restock and she was very nasty, told me to eat waffles and even more nasty, said, "what else do you even want?". I told her she was rude and asked her name. This is the same as it was in Dec 2023, but, it was a man then. This means management of the hotel is telling them to not put food out. That is part of what we pay for, a breakfast, so, we went and spent money to eat breakfast at a restaurant. The man in Dec and Susan in Jan. were both very rude. No Food either time. Management is doing this. I did not even bother to contact the management at the hotel, because, we realized that management is telling them to not put food out. The Breakfast is part of what we pay for at Best Western, so, it is unacceptable that management, is clearly, telling them to not put food out. I told Susan that I was going to make a complaint, and, so, it is very very funny, because, on Google Reviews, right after I left, someone put up a review of how awesome she is. I appreciate that a friend is trying to cover for her, but, I don’t think she realizes, that, I have photos.

The cooking staff are awesome, Susan and the other gentleman. They are polite and they make sure you are well served. Management is great, appreciate it Jack, people working up front are awesome, Christina and all the other women that work in front, polite and respectful. Rooms are clean and well organized. Very awesome 👍🏼

I asked for a quiet room and they put me next to the noisiest elevator I ever heard. That room should be taken out of service. Walls are paper thin here. It's room 124. Don't stay there. When they tell you they haven't had any complaints about this room they are lying. I gave 2 stars coz the breakfast is good. The lady who manages the kitchen dies a good job. They also have soft water and I like that.

***UPDATED REVIEW: The Owners Response, to my original review, below, was, if, you arrive 10-minutes before it ends, we don't replenish (only the owner said it much more rudely and also seems to have difficulty with the math, of the time I arrived and when they were going to close; but, I am more than happy to help; I am great at math!!) I stated, in my original review, that, in December we arrived at 8:00 am, that is 1-hour before it was to end, not 10-minutes, an hour is 60-minutes and my pictures from January, that I posted, as stated, are time stamped at 8:41 am, but, we had been there for 10-minutes before that, so, the math shows that even if I arrived and immediately took pictures, that is 19-minutes, not 10, but, as I say, we were there at least 10 minutes before I took the Pictures. I am sorry the owner was confused by the math, but, this should clarify. Not a bad place to spend the night. The beds were clean, the bathroom was clean, the room was well organized. Rooms have a decent sized television and the AC keeps the room cool. Breakfast is served from 6 to 9 in the morning. The staff is great. I would stay here again.
