Do not stay at this hotel. The owners are thieves. I paid to stay one night and they charged me again. They asked for my credit card, supposedly to keep it on file, and they charged me. I spoke to the owner, and she told me they hadn't charged me, but it was a lie. We stayed in room 211, and there are a lot of cockroaches. It's the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. It's been 5 days, and they're still charging me. There I put a photo of the cell phone number of the hotel owner that they gave me at the office.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The pool is very clean and well kept. The rooms are also very clean and well kept. The rooms have large and up to date TV's. Also, Dan at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to help me print some important documents. Great service! Definitely the best option in Hebronville!

Room was spacious and carpet was clean. The bed was comfortable and pillows were ok. Heating worked fine. Plenty of parking. Blackout curtains fine. We usually have a lot of stuff to cart into our room, and use a cart, but here that was not particularly convenient. We have stayed there once before and will stay there again when down that way.

A quiet little town and my room was oriented away from potential highway noise. Very nice person working at reception late that evening.||The rooms are nice and large. The finishes are fresh. Full size pillows.||I appreciate that the large mini fridge has a freezer compartment so that I'm able to re-freeze my cold packs for my cooler.||A few signs of wear and tear. A rip in the bedside lamp shade. The door tray in the fridge is broken, the freezer needs defrosting, and the shower/bath diverter wasn't sealing properly so the water flow didn't switch fully to shower. I conveyed this and it was passed on to the manager. ||Breakfast at 5:30 a.m. on weekdays, so I was able to get an early start. Nice array of options. ||I'm glad I chose this hotel over the hustle and bustle of Laredo.

The room was not completely clean. There was an open coke can near the coffee maker, a candy rap on the bathroom floor. I thought I had walked into someone else's room. After I got settled in and in bed, I felt something crawling up my shoulder, it was a German roach! I reported the incident not the next day because no one was at the front office. When I did report it to the lady in the office, she said they don't have a roach problem and I mistook it for a waterbug. Really? I know what roaches look like and it was not a waterbug. I'm very disappointed at the service of personnel. Not customer friendly at all. It felt more like a ghost hotel. Unpleasant experience.

There aren't a lot of options in Hebbronville so I chose this one based on the photos provided. The one winning quality of this place was the very nice woman at the front desk. I needed to cut my trip short & she was very helpful in making that happen. This location is undeniably older & I can tell by the smell. I feel as though they tried to "renovate" at some point because they do have updated moen fixtures. However, that doesn't make up for the remaining problems. The carpet was visibly dirty (pictured) like it hadn't been vacuumed. The bedding was a bit of a disappointment, there was no real duvet to speak of, just thinner sheets. The sheer shade was broken so I had to utilize the black out shades instead for privacy. The breakfast is provided from 5:30a-9am. I needed a quick breakfast before check out around 8:15a & there was nothing left. There also was no attendant to make sure things were replenished. I walked in to dirty tables as well. If you're in a pinch & this is the only option then I would recommend for a roof over your head alone. I would recommend trying a different location or a neighboring town for a better option. They should not be charging more than $100 a night for this place.
