We stayed in the Presidential. Beautiful room. We were within walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Took the bikes available at Beachview to go to the lighthouse and museum. Bike trail clearly marked to get from the south side to the north side. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Overall a great experience!

We visited Beachview in October 2024 and had the most delightful and relaxing time. We are off-season beach-goers; location and amenities were beyond expectation.

We absolutely loved our breakfast time there! Smoky was a tremendous Hostess with the Mostest.

The spa was fabulous. We loved our walks and bike rides to the pristine beach. Wonderful restaurants and the pier were strolling distance.We had a most relaxing and therapeutic stay.

We look so forward to going back! If we ever visit in peak-season, we would definitely stay here because of how wonderful it would be to have access to parking in that particular part of the island.

A true delight and treasure all around.

My husband and I stayed here and were weary about staying in an Inn because we usually stay at hotels. We will 100% be back! This was the best experience! Had a massage with Jennifer and she was great! Also got to check out the spa and salt room and it was very nice! Smokey was a great host and had the best customer service! Bikes, cooler and beach items all free to use while you are there! Nice and clean rooms! Only a block from many spots to eat and drink! 10/10 recommend to stay here if visiting tybee! We’ll be back!

This bed & breakfast is an A+++!! Coastal B & B built in the 1910’s and has been a hotel / B & B since the 1920’s. It is absolutely beautiful and instantly takes you back in time. Two short blocks from the beach and Tybee’s dining. The staff greated us with smiles as big as their hearts! I can’t say enough! Oh, did I say it has a Day Spa attached to it. Do yourself a favor and book a couples day at the salt spa! I almost forgot we were staying here because of the hurricane knocking out our power at home! But we didn’t care! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Definitely didn’t want to leave. This won’t be our last visit.

Ms.Wendy was absolutely so accommodating and quick to respond to everything we needed. The room was absolutely adorable and well designed as were the grounds and landscaping surrounding the property. If you’re looking for a quite yet local vibe still in walking distance to nightlife this is the place. We had so much privacy and a true sanctuary as we had to evacuate from Hurricane Milton in Florida. Ms.Wendy truly made us feel at home and we will be back to the beachview inn soon!!

The location is perfect! The inn is very clean and provides a great layout for relaxing. The owner is on site every day and she goes out of her way to make you feel right at home. Simply put, she is amazing!

What a cozy, clean, comfortable, cute, and very customer oriented place to stay. My FAVORITE thing was Karen, the owner. I just loved her kindness and sweet personality and hospitality. I could have spent all day just chatting with her. While there are many places to choose to stay on Tybee Island I would always choose to stay at Beachview because of Karen and Wendy. Great and beautiful people who love the Lord and what they do.❤️❤️❤️

This was one of the best inns I’ve stayed in. One block from beach and you can sit on front porch rockers and watch waves roll in. The entire property is immaculate and I cant say enough good things about the staff. Wendy was wonderful. She made the trip back into Tybee after the tropical storm to make breakfast for the guests and with no electricity on the island. Highly recommend!
