Great location but terrible place, loud AC unit that goes on and off all night, terribly uncomfortable bed and coach. Definitely not cleaned too good, there were dog hairs on the towels that are provided and overall this place is terrible! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Our stay at this property was a terrible .

At 4AM, we were woken up by a police officer searching our room for a woman reportedly overdosing.

Later, a man under the influence forced his way into our unit, searching for the same woman, terrifying us in the process.

Despite contacting both the property management and Airbnb, their response was slow, and we were left feeling unsafe the entire time.

Even after moving to another unit, the conditions were unsanitary, and additional issues like a broken laundry service and a noisy air conditioner made our stay unbearable.

We do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a secure and comfortable stay.

Had a horrible experience here. Our flight was delayed from the night before so we didn’t end up checking in until 6 am and we were sent in to two rooms that were already occupied waking up the people that were in there, until we finally made it to the third room. We did not feel safe staying there and we were on edge the whole time as it felt like anyone could walk into our room at any point. We ended up cancelling our room to stay somewhere else where we felt safe. Spent hours emailing and calling trying to get a refund and they refused to give a full refund. On top of that the place was not very well kept, the pool was extremely dirty and people were smoking weed right outside of our door. This place is a scam and the management is very unprofessional.

Room was very large and spacious. The sink was designed for kids, in a good way! It was right at my 5 yr Olds level so he could wash his hands all by himself without help which was super convenient being a worn out Boy Mom. The only thing I wasn't to thrilled with were the tenants that seemed to lurk and linger there. When we pulled in, (granted this was 2am because no one else had availability) we saw someone sitting in the middle of the parking lot, hunched over, partaking in recreational activities of the seedy variety. Then when my SO went outside to smoke, a woman walked by, grabbed the lighter out of his hand, lit up, then threw his lighter down on the ground and scoffed at him! Safe to say, we made it clear no one was to go outside alone. The hotel staff was super nice. The pool was open all night long. So great hotel, no so great tenants. But that's not their fault.

What an awesome location for practicing becoming a beach bum... You can walk to all the nightly entertainment and eateries, and only a few hundred feet away from the fishing pier. The manager and the owner are very cool and accommodating. Best prices on the island.
