Staff is generally quite good. Their staff gives their full attention to its customers. The room service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, had a lot of variety, and the staff and chefs were friendly. Furthermore, this Inn is situated in a great location. Thank you team for the wonderful stay!

We were looking specifically for a dog-friendly property, and the reviews and photos led us to this hotel. We couldn't have made a better choice! The hostess was friendly and pleasant and she was trying her best. I appreciated her effort. That was the only thing good about our visit. The property was aged and in rough shape. There was a bit of a musty smell throughout the hallways. No hot water in the bathroom, not even warm. Not a good experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The clerk wanted ne to pay $50 in cash as a non-smoking deposit but didn't want to give me a receipt saying I'll get it back when I check out. I travel very often and never have been asked to pay cash for anything!!! There were absolutely no cars in the parking lot and it looked sketchy on the inside. The clerk told me that if I wanted a nice room go to the Holiday Inn and that's exactly what I did!!! I'd rather pay more for the feel of comfort and safety. I know I wouldn't have gotten my money back!!

We paid for a room with a jetted tub for 2 nights. The staff had to be called to check us in. She took forever. She was drunk. Then the room had the tub and it was nasty. We asked for a nonsmoking room. Clearly people smoked in the room. The entire building smelled like pot. The breakfast was not even breakfast. We also before leaving found roaches. Worst experience ever. Do not stay here. It was dirt cheap. You definitely get what you pay for. It’s not like anything on this website. Total trash. Completely unacceptable and will be pushing to get our money back. They wanted to argue about giving me my money back. DO NOT STAY HERE

As always, I felt like I came home. I might’ve stayed at this property hundreds of time but I’ve never experienced a member of the staff who wasn’t polite. The location was perfect, close to attractions and convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!
