Came with a group to celebrate a friends birthday. Server was kind and attentive, drinks and food were great, and the ambiance was fabulous. We all had a great time and agreed we would want to return!

This place is definitely extraordinary and fancy, love that it’s in Biddeford. The atmosphere is amazing, relaxing and welcoming. The interior decor and design are very thoughtful and beautiful. It gives luxurious upscale restaurant in a big city vibes. The drinks were good and the food was delicious. The music was ok. Staff were professional and friendly. I enjoyed my evening here. Will definitely be back, this is now my favorite place in town.

My mom and I came here for some drinks and food when Portland was closed. The atmosphere was well decorated and felt upscale. The food was excellent, we got the Brussels and sausage pizza. What really stood out was the service. Our server Allen, was upbeat, attentive, and personable. It was a busy night and he was always there checking on us, ensuring our experience was top notch. Thank you Allen! We will be back

My mom and I came to eat lunch & have a few drinks. Our bartender - Liam - was so personable and made really good cocktails. The food was really good as well. I love the hunt club/glam decor. This location is also part of the Lincoln hotel which had a gorgeous lobby and bar.

Atmosphere is great, food and drinks are good, but service is consistently terrible. Last time we came our food took over an hour and I think our waitress forgot about us. This most recent time we sat at the bar while the bartender chatted with the people next to us for over 15 minutes, then walked away and did other stuff for another 15 without even acknowledging us. All the while the other bartender stood at the other end staring at their phone. We eventually just left without getting anything.
It’s a shame because the food and drink here really is good. If they could just get their act together with the service.

Service is AWFUL. We were seated and it took 10 minutes of 2 servers and the host walking past us with no “hello”, “I’ll be right with you”, nothing. There were 2 tables beside us. 2. I manage a restaurant in Biddeford. Every single time I get an application with Batson brewing in it for servers or bartenders, I throw it away. I have never seen a good front of house person in this restaurant. Food may be good, (not for the price) but service has never even been okay.

We had beverages and appetizers this weekend at the Lincoln Hotel bar run by Batson. The lobby was beautifully decorated and they had fun music playing. However, with one exception, the service, wait times and attitudes were horrible! We wanted to love it because this is a fantastic addition to Biddeford. I have a policy of trying to write only good reviews or not writing one at all, but I just couldn’t let this final evening go without comment. I hope it improves because the facility is a gem.

I have no complaint about the food or the atmosphere and our server was pleasant if not always prompt. I do have a complaint about the overcharge that I experienced. The server was using a handheld device and When it came time to split the bill for our party of seven 3 of us split the bill equally, at least that’s what we requested. The server had a problem with the handheld device and had to retrieve a different one when it came time to run my card. I was overcharged $58 and have had a very difficult time working with the business manager of this establishment to resolve this problem. They have not been accommodating or reasonable. My suggestion is to pay close attention when it comes time to pay up if you splitting the bill. Based on my experience with the business side of this establishment, my family and I will not be returning.
